We spent a couple of days in this hotel with my husband. Our experience was amazing, the room, the pool, the sea in front of the hotel. Our room was really cute with all the amenities we needed, very clean, especially the sheets, towels and the blanket covers were soft and smelling really fresh. Gentle staff in general!🦋 Thank you for the memories. we will come back!🦋❤️

We were happy with our 5 days stay here. Homely service and staff. Helpful for any issues we had. I would recommend it for all family members seeking a relaxing vacation during the summer. Choose Bed&Breakfast better as the dinner was not good that much while there is a plenty of restaurants in a couple of minutes drive.

Room Tip: B&B is much better than F&B. There’s a plenty of restaurants in 5 min drive.

My family rested in Royal Paradise Beach Resort and Spa for third time this summer. We fell in love with this place nine years ago when we first time found it. Then we were only two and enjoyed our honey moon in the romantic garden and private beach there. Years after that we came back with our children to share this paradise with them. The kids were amazed by the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, learned to swim in the pools and played till night on the beautiful sandy beach. We liked so much the special attitude of the staff - ALWAYS kind and smiling! the delicious food for any taste (there were Asian night, Italian night, Greek night - all included in the Half Board), rich breakfast, a lot of desserts and fruits. The beach is sandy (just this summer because of a big storm there were pebbles and small stones on part of it but the staff has made some corridors so guests can enter the clean sea). The coast is very nice for children to play and swim (very clean, shallow, no waves, no sea urchins), which is very important for us by choosing Royal Paradise for our vacation. There are many options for children and adults to keep fit - an open kinder yard, chess, table tennis, tennis court. The Spa was closed this year due to covid but the hotel offered massages in the garden. Yes, the place is not huge, but there is enough space for everyone and you will never find it crowded and noisy. The beach is not crowded and you can enjoy real rest. It is a very romantic and beautiful place, with great view and memorable sunsets. We thank very much the whole staff of the hotel - the kind people on the reception, the nice and always smiling girls and boys in the restaurant and bar, the cooks for the tasty food, the ladies cleaning the rooms, the man looking ofter the garden and jacuzzi, just ALL! We definitely will come back again next summer and will stay longer then just a week.

Strengths: the resort is clean, well maintained, good to very good food, two pools, one for adults and one for children, plus a jacuzzi Some canopies (I hope this is the plural one) near the swimming pools, where we liked to stay in the evening after sunset, because both the deaf music and the waves were heard The beautiful, large room, with balcony, on the balcony was also a kind of extensible laundry dryer, on which you could dry the bathing suits Beach (somewhat) private with sunbeds and umbrellas free (this aspect I would not have mentioned, considering it normal, if I had not seen now in Halkidiki that there are many resorts where you have to pay sunbeds and umbrella ...) Evenings with live music by the pool Less Strengths: Parking was a bit small for the number of rooms, there were about 2 situations when was difficult to find a parking spot Small resort to very small Small beach, but still there were no cases to find no place On the beach there were also people outside the resort, who could rent a lounge chair for a fee (some Serbs came in one day, two families with children and grandparents and they started eating salami and onions, a crazy thing :)) Food not too diversified nor too varied The (single) restaurant is small, sometimes a bit difficult to find a free table

5* but only form price perspective. Rooms & services are 3* level, maximum. Been in 4* and even in 3* hotels much more neat than this 5* one. The staff is ok and compensated for the way the room looked. They know the rooms deprecated a lot since the past years. Trust me, you stayed in lower priced hotels that look better than this one. Let me list a few ‘highlights’: wallpaper in the room was peeled, hot water at thr bathroom sink was black most of the time, dust all over the room right after the room was cleaned up by the house keeping-no vacuum cleaner was used during our 10 day stay there, found a spider, a cockroach in the room, a lizard in the hallway and the smell from the shower drain was horrible sometimes. Sent pictures via email to the hotel, no action taken, nor apologies received. Room degradation level is high. Beach is ok, a little narrow, but clean. Entrance in the sea is full of boulders and stones. If you tip the housekeeping ladies the room will be cleaned as it is supposed to. Only if you tip. I’ll add one more tip. Don’t choose breakfast and dinner at their restaurant if you want to eat more greek specific dishes. Never again! Take care and make sure you choose wisely.

It's a wonderful place by all regards. The beach is perfect, sandy, shallow, clean water with lots of snorkeling attractions. It's also easily accessible from the hotel garden. The food is great, I liked the souvlaki and the grilled octopus the most. But all of this would not matter if it weren't the warm and friendly hotel and restaurant staff. We specially thank Daiana and Mr Dimitris. P. S. If you can take the room with jacuzzi, you won't regret it.

This place is fantastic! The mix of olive trees, pine trees, grass & sand is perfect! You can enjoy the sun or the shade, depending on your mood. The sea is clear and the beach has few rocky parts in the water. Just across a cliff is another amazing beach with white sand and light blue water. The people working here are fantastic! Extremly friendly and helpful, even in these strange and challenging times. The food is very good, done with high quality ingredients, bevarage selection is rich, wine list has a lot of local stars. We made some good friends here and we'll return as soon as possible with open hearts and joy.

We spent at Royal Paradise 9 nights during July 2020, in the middle of COVID pandemic. I should say first that the hotel had at the time an occupation rate of max 40% - together with the care of the personnel, this made us feel 100% safe from the beginning to the end. The hotel is located in one of the best golfs in Thassos - I visited the island quite extensively and, from my point of view, the beach serving the hotel is among the top 3 beaches in Thassos (medium as dimension, with crystal clear waters, very nice exposition offering sun until 8:30pm, pines offering excellent shadow if needed, half of the beach solely for the hotel, plenty of sunbeds free of charge for the guests, etc). The hotel has a very nice garden with beautiful olive trees (some quite old) and is efficiently organized leading exactly on the beach. The beach is sandy though at the entry into the water there is a line of annoying stones which could be avoided following the clean narrow ways done by (I think) ... the tourists each 10-15 meters. It is true that 2-3 times a week, a gentleman from the hotel is collecting the stones but solely those reaching the sand outside the water (it would be great if they would make an effort to collect them inside the water as this would for sure make this the best beach in Thassos). The personnel was all very nice and welcoming and so was also the Polish girl ensuring entertainment - very nice and effective stretching sessions each morning and not only. Breakfast was just fine with good choices. Dinner was also good - we had only one a la carte dinner as we prefer to experience the various taverns and restaurants around (at least 4-5 in a distance of less than 2 km). Things to fix: 1. The A la Carte restaurant has the menu solely in Greek - it was funny to have it translated live by the waiter in English but I trust not all the guests of a 5 star hotel would like that; 2. The stray cats at the restaurant during all meals are completely unacceptable and this is really outrageous for a 5 star hotel - apart from the pure sanitary and hygienic aspects, is absolutely horible to have breakfast or dinner harased by the cats or to see them fighting like hell in front of you / then, they are making their necessities where various babies and kids are playing and this is really not acceptable by all standards. All in all, a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place, overlooking the Mount Athos.
