A lovely place, only intelligent people could really appreciate the great taste. Byzantine style, a real architectural jewel. Lovely traditional Greek TV channels, the coloured glass walls are stunning. You could even change the walls colour if you wanted! Impeccably clean, daily room service. We were surprised that all our sheets were crispy, white and nice smelling. The personnel are very responsive and smile a lot. The best choice if you are a refined soul. I especially loved the beach: very close, clean, the sand is fine, the entrance in the water is smooth.

Nice location with private beach. Big nice swimming pools with deep water. Rooms normal size with a comfortable boxspring bed. Breakfast is good, with good choises. Minus are there are no beach towels, which is strange as this is a beach hotel. Bathroom glass door which gives no comfort. Bedlinnen was not changed. Hotelstaff is kind & helpfull, especially the girl at the reception Martha!! She has been very helpfull & professional!! But the other people, and certainly the woman at the breakfast has been very kind. All by all, not a 5 * hotel, but comfortable.

This is a typical 3 star hotel, so don't expect anything more. Contrary to one other review, the rooms are not that small and all have either a balcony or a terrace. The bathrooms are all glass and don't afford much privacy, although there is a blind that can be lowered to cut it off from the rest of the room. The only meal available in the hotel is breakfast. There is a good variety of choice. However, the cooked selection is at best lukewarm and often cold. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. The pool area is excellent although fro some reason the couldn't be explained, the diving board was off limits. There is direct access from the pool area to the beach where there are umbrellas and sunbeds free for hotel guests. Get there early and put your towels out as some locals have worked out that they are basically free and snap up any empty ones quite quickly. So, in summary, don't expect 5 star luxury - you won't get it. but for comfort and accessibility, you will get value for money.

The rooms are nothing to do with site pictures. They are really small, on top of that they have a 3rd bed in the room left as an armchair, that takes all the left space. The only good part of this location is the yard with the pool and the Access to the beach. Also, we have met a real nice bartender at the pool bar (friendly polish man named Thomas). He has really good customer service. The bathroom has no privacy, it is built inside the room with glass walls. All renovations that were made at some point are cheep, starting with the fake sealing and light spots.

I have booked 1 room at Kamari Beach Hotel in Tassos Island Greece, since May 2021. I arrived on the 19th June 2021 and surprise: The hotel was populated by workers who were trying to make it functional. I tried to talk to the manager but I was refused. He has hidden in it's office at hotel Atrium and said he was "busy in meetings." Miserable hotel, full of beetles, uneducated manager. You risk ruining your stay. Avoid it far away.
