Stayed for a week and thouroghly enjoyed the freindly service and approach by all who work here, nothing was too much to ask. The hotel is spotless clean situated in a quiet area which is only a 2 minute walk to the centre of the local village where you can find an abundance of ammenities and the local beach. I stayed here with my wife and son and we enjoyed the freindly smiles and welcome every day at breakfast and when returning to use the pool in the evening. Would highly recomend this hotel for couples and families alike who want a proffesional and freindly stay, i myself will definatley be returning next year and wish the hotel and all the staff there the best of wishes untile then.A big thank you to all who made our stay Excellent
I have stayed in various hotels in Greece but this has been exceptional! Great hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, excellent service, courteous staff (applying all health rules and standards) , delicious food, an amazing package indeed! Highly recommended!
The hotel is good, but not 4*. The rooms are not big and are too bight decorated. It\s not one building but two and the are not next to each other. If you are in deluxe room one you have to go for breakfast and dinner out to the other building. The breakfast and dinner are not good at all. The breakfast is poor and bad quality and the same everyday. The dinner is 2-3 kind of pasta and only one meal with meat. The beach is close and is good.
This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and great service! We had an amazing time here thanks to the really friendly staff and the great services. I also recommend the Aromatherapy massage! Is was really relaxing! Definitely recommend this hotel because it offers so much: great rooms, great selection at breakfast and dinner as well as the bar, fitness and spa area are great, really good location (quiet and 3 min walk to beach), clean, friendly staff that made everything they could to make you feel relaxed and have a great vacation!
From the moment of check in to check out we had an amazing time one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in. The staff from reception to service staff were amazing working hard from early morning to late at night and all of them the most friendliest i have had in a hotel they couldn't do enough for you. The room was spacious with very comfy beds. The pool area had atmosphere with music in day time with clean pool area and a lovely pool to dip into when it got to hot certain times in day we had fruit from the barman which was a nice touch. Katerina the bar person was great at making us laugh and making drinks and cocktails. one night a week they have entertainment and every Sunday they do a barbecue for tea. the on the go breakfast for departure day was great which lasted us all day Thank you to Astir Notos for such an amazing holiday. Potos is about a 10 min walk in to town from the hotel and well worth a trip if you want little shops and good Taverna's .…
Hotel very clean and well looked after. Lovely pool area, but absolutely no atmosphere and completely soulless. Rooms fine, however, bathrooms could do with an update. Breakfast average at best, the lady overseeing the restaurant, was very friendly and welcoming, however, the 2 younger waiting on staff, could do with a personality shot. Ideally situated, with a short walk into town. Can definitely recommend Boomerang bar, staff all very friendly. For cocktails, try Margaritas ... just WOW! Had lovely meals in Taverna Irene and Taverna Georgios and the most amazing Gyros in snack bar El Greco. Visited beginning of June and weather just perfect
To be brief: + Nice location and friendly staff. + Very nice rooms. + Cleaning of the room was done daily. + Food OK - breakfast and dinner - at dinner once a week they have a chef that cooks steak outside at the barbecue grill. + Great pool for kids. - At dinner they don't serve any drink, not even water - 2 euros/ bottle.
Our 2nd trip here and once again we had a wonderful stay. The manager and staff here are so friendly and welcoming you feel at ease straight away. First the basics. We had a room towards the back of the hotel which was south facing with a rural outlook. As it is away from the town there is no traffic noise it is less than 5 minutes to walk into town by the "short cut" and not much more the long way round. The room was quite large and has a small fridge. There are no tea/coffee making facilities but you can hire a kettle if you want. Take your own tea bags as you can only buy them in packs of 10 in the supermarket. The room has twin beds with pillow and mattress protecters, and a good sized bathroom with shower/bath.The hairdryer is fixed to the wall in the bathroom. There is always hot water on tap. All beds have new mattresses this year. They seemed a little firm at first but were actually quite comfortable once you got used to them (my one at home seems quite lumpy now lol) Television if you really need it. Beds are made and bins empitied everyday. Towels changed a couple of times a week. Their is a varied selection of food for breakfast. Continental, cereal, fruit, eggs etc. The hot food is different to what we would be used to - don't expect a " full English". But you can always find something and we never went hungry. Pancake Tuesday and Greek milk pie were a favourite of mine. There is a small pool with a splash pool for children. Sunbeds could be more comfortable. As is the custom with most hotels you do not bring your own food and drink when using the sunbeds. A good choice of drinks and snacks at the Pool bar at reasonable prices. They are also now having a disco night once a week instead of greek night which everyone enjoyed and made a nice change. However what makes the hotel extra special is the staff. They work very hard but are always friendly, welcoming and helpful from morning to night. Any problems are sorted out straight away. It isn't "stuffy" and has a good atmosphere about it. It is the main reason we came back. Potos itself seemed smaller than we remembered. Seebreeze beach was disappointing this year. Minimum 5euro for sunbeds which were a bit tatty. We bought a bottle of water first but then the girl keeping tabs wouldn't leave us alone until we had bought other drinks to cover the minimum charge. We liked the sunbeds at Crystal Blue (go down the lane opposite the drop off point to the beach) or turn right and its just a minutes walk. Same principle as above but we were not harassed so stayed longer and usually had some lunch too. Lovely atmosphere. Give it a try. …
We enjoyed our stay. the rooms were clean as it was the outdoor and the swimming pool. On the negative side - you can't drink anything that's not bought from their bar from a guy that has a little bit of an arrogant attitude. Also a bit far from everything.
Everything was great. The diner was great, breakfast a little bit too basic. Great location and swimming pool. Big parking place. Friendly owner. 400m from the center of Potos. For sport fans 2 televisions inside with footbal games every day.
