I don't have words enough to describe this magic place. A wonderful manor house on three floors, furnished and decorated with immense taste, attention to details and extreme love. Each single corner is a discovery and it is filled with amazing and original things. It's managed by adorable hosts, friendly, open and passionate. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot...

What a beautiful villa with a lovely park, attention to detail, lots of silver and antiques and two nice gentlemen looking after the place. We were arriving at 4.30 pm to find out that the hotel is opened for check-in as from 5pm. We had look around the villa and its park when a gentleman passed by asking whether we...

The loveliest little place with the most hospitable host ever. Manuel couldn't do enough for us -- booked us a dinner reservation, transported us to and from the restaurant, transported us to and from the church and finally to the bus stop. He's just the most gracious host! The room was gorgeous and comfortable; the public rooms beautifully decorated; the...

A very charming 5 or 6 bedroom B&B in a secluded typical French village. Service is optimal, and rooms are superb. This site is surrounded by a large garden within a few meters of a river. You will also have a great view on the Ronchamp Le Corbusier chapel. Don't miss it if you are in this part of France.

The Manor home of charming hosts Emmanuel and Marc is a delight. Set in a tranquil garden, this guest house of five rooms is decorated with fascinating french object d'art . Guest rooms are well appointed, comfortable and ensuite bathroom has a much appreciated shower. Dinner may be pre-booked and will not disappoint. Breakfast conversation in the company of architects...

Beautiful place with a kindest staff and a great breakfast. Perfect place to stay for a visit to Notre Dame du Haut by Le Corbusier. Every corner of this place is nicely decorated and it's surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made our stay even enjoyable. Ronchamp was a small town and we had little information about where to have...

This is a wonderful private house full of interesting antiques. The garden is spectacular and near a lively little river. From here you can see Le Corbusier's chapel overlooking the little town. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast delicious.

Set in the lovely French countryside, by a stream, and beside, rather than in, the nearby town of Ronchamp, this stay was a delight. The internal furnishings were provincial French and each room had an authenticity. Wished I could've stayed longer. The owner and operator was very hospitable. It was like staying in a lovely provincial home rather than a...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This guesthouse/B&B is exceptionally clean, comfortable and elegant. The host Emmanuel Georges is extremely helpful and welcoming allowing us to take advantage of the delightful living rooms and beautiful gardens. The architectural jewel of Le Corbusier 'La Chapelle Notre Dame du Haute" can be seen from the garden and is a must visit in Ronchamp. Our kind host directed us to a superb local restaurant and provided us with a marvellous breakfast the following morning. This is the first review I have done but due to our marvellous time there I felt I wanted to share this experience. ... more   less
