We had our wedding party at the hotel, everything was amazing, the staff was friendly and very responsive with a smile on their face. The food was delicious, everyone still talks about it, they manage to make everyone happy. Amazed by the quality and the quantity. You made our special day, a day that everyone will remember with pleasure. Thank you so much.

It's hard to see why this hotel is in Tui’s Platinum collection. The inland rooms (ours was dated) overlook a dual carriageway, so the balconies aren’t very appealing. Breakfast was disappointing as most of the 'hot' food was tepid – lids for the serving dishes would help. The omelettes were cooked to order, but there wasn’t a separate frying pan for meaty and veggie ones (and the pan wasn’t washed out between omelettes), which is no good for vegetarians. The worse thing about our stay was the appallingly slow wi-fi in our room – in fact, it often didn’t work at all. This hotel is in the middle of a large urban sprawl, not the middle of nowhere, so there’s no excuse for wi-fi that isn’t fit for purpose.

great service, both room service, reception, restaurants, managers and the hotel director himself. I felt at home in this hotel. Thank you especially for your stay, Mr. Tasos and Mr. Neiem, they created the final 5-star image. Maybe the hotel is 4 stars but service 6 stars

The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is a very nice hotel with excellent facilities and its own private beach. Our deluxe room was very comfortable although a walk-in shower would have been preferable to a shower over the bath. If you decide to stay at this hotel then be sure to book a room with a sea view. There will be a supplement but it is worth it. Rooms at the front of the hotel look out on a busy main road, neither the place nor the view to enjoy your pre dinner cocktail. There is one major downside to this hotel which you should be aware of. There is currently construction work taking place next to the hotel and there is noisy machinery in use all day and they start work at 7.00am. There is also an ugly tower crane which spoils your otherwise idyllic view of the pool area and the beach and sea beyond. Our tour operator Jet2 conveniently omitted to tell us about this when we booked. The work is so disruptive to an enjoyable holiday that the hotel has decided to close for six months until May 2022 when hopefully it will have finished. For this reason I rated the hotel very good rather then excellent.

We booked a last minute cheap deal through TUI on a bed and breakfast deal, for what we paid we had a very good holiday. Breakfast was of a very good standard and staff all very nice . Room spotlessly clean , but walls thin and internet in room was poor. We had 2 cokes from the pool bar at 11 Euros I thought this was way too expensive, when a coke could be bought across the road for 2.50
