We were sleeping in a non-powered campervan site (not self contained). Facilities were closeby and clean. It was winter, so I would appreciate better heating of the bathrooms. Staff in the reception was extremely friendly and nice! She explained us everything when we arrived with a smile on her face. Too bad we didn't see penguins! :( WiFi signal was poor, but overall we enjoyed it.

No waste dump facilities for campervans?!?! We were sent some where nearly half an hour away. Showers $1 for 5 min, take a minute to warm up. Beware in winter - very muddy. Wifi didn’t work. But bathrooms clean, girl at front desk vey friendly and helpful... But next time I’d find somewhere else, facilities well below other places we stayed this trip.

Our powered site for the night was reasonably priced. Staff at check in were friendly. Amenities blocks were clean but you had to pay for showers. Penguins arrive a short walk from campgrounds at dusk and dolphins can be seen in the bay during the day. Nice quiet spot!

Nice spot but poorly run and staff are rude. Selling highly endangered penguins as a tourist attraction when there is only a few left at the site and they are very sensitive to disturbance. Manager moves penguins himself illegally.

Facilities too small for the size, and we want off peak in February. Place is beautiful but the staff are kind of rude and blunt, like they'd rather be somewhere else, which of course they probably would, but at least smile. We booked 2 nights, and we set off for other regions.the 2nd day. We came back to find our camp spot had been given to someone else. When we questioned this we were simply told we shouldn't have removed our stuff, were in a van so hard not to move all ur stuff and there is no sign or warnings anywhere that this would be the case. Anyway that's all well and good but In that situation things could have easily have been double booked and we would have been in a very different situation. At least call me on.the number you have for me via my booking to see if I am coming back for the second night I have paid for. Imagine going back to your hotel and they've just given it away. Stupid way of running things
