I love Regnum. All is good- service, food, rooms. New fitness room, heated pools. Very nice animation shows-you feel like you are in a real show. A la carte restaurants getting more and more better. Clean rooms, you find everything you need. Come back again on September!
We have much enjoyed our stay at the Carya during 18 - 25 July 2021. We travelled as a family, with one young child (5 years old). In all, the hotel sucessfully created a relaxing and pampering experience for us, leaving nothing to be desired in terms of the perfect holiday we were after. We very much appreciated the warm and gratious welcome provided by reception team member, Onur Cantoin. Being here for the first time we did feel a bit overwhelmed by the hotel and Onur did the finest of jobs in helping us feel welcome, and find our way through the hotel and multitude of services available. We noticed his knowledge of the hotel and its sevices, open and warm attitude, excellent English command, and continous care shown to us during our stay in the hotel. The hotel does provide a general Regnum number to which you can write any request or needs you may have, but seeing Onur enquire with us from time to time about our stay, how we feel, how we are, added a great human touch to our interaction with the hotel and was certainly an element of Carya pedigree we heard so much of in time. Servicewise, the room was cleaned in the morning and re-arranged in the afternoon. Minibar was replenished daily and very well stocked. Refreshing cold towels by the pool, glasses cleaning service (somebody comes and wipes your glasses) :)) were some of the perks of spending time at one of the hotel’s pools. Food was abundand, sophisticated and tasty, with a lot of variety. We were impressed by the Sea Food Night which we think is unmissable. The hotel also provides fast track at the airport which is also another service making a valuable difference to other hotels and worth making use of especially if you travel with kids. In terms of facilities, we found Carya to be impressive and opulent. The hotel has generous outside pools, a wave pool - first time our family got to enjoy one - , fantastic outdoor green areas which envelope the hotel from all sides and allows for long walks in nature, a waterfall to write home about, and a fine white sand beach. Kids Aqua Park was also very nice and allowed us to let our daughter enjoy a lot of water activities (slides, water guns :)) in a safe and child friendly manner. We also spent a lot of quality time with the Kids Club team. They were caring and attentive, and time spent in their company was rich in activities adequate for our daughter’s age (both outdoors - train rides, pool play, and indoor - drawing, paper cutting and interaction games with other kids of her age) always making her wanting to come back. A big thank you goes to Maxim, the rezident swimming instructor. He had four days to get our daughter to swim and fully delivered. Nice guy, calm and focused, fully recommended if you have your kid with you and want him/her to do well when in water. In all, everyone tried to make us fell well and enjoy ourselves especially during this hard times of pandemic where a real break to recharge your batteries is so important.…
This is probably the best and the most expensive hotel in the region. So it must be good by definition. It is. It is also huuuuge. It is so nenormous that you do not get the feeling of crowdiness. It is crowdy for breakfast, but otherwise it has so many restaurants, that guests somehow vanish. We only used adults only pool, which was very good. Two other extremely large pools were full of children; they are the only serious drawback for such a large hotel. But as said: one could avoid them. The upside of such a size is the food. Many restaurants and highest possible quality buffet breakfast and dinner. All in all: excellent hotel for golfers as it hosts perhaps the best course in the region: Caria.
Amazing and I recommend it to everyone. It was my second time and as enjoyed my tennis. Golf and spa however this time the staff in transfer desk was so helpful to me. I had a family emergency and I had to travel to another city near by. The staff was so helpful, understanding and very considerate. So what I mean is that it is not only the facility is great, staff working there is very understanding and helpful
We visited Regnum Carya twice this year, once in February and again in April. We were surprised and somewhat disappointed that, on arrival at the hotel in April, the facilities available were just the same as in February, despite paying double the price. Other hotels in the area were fully open from 1st April so we were unsure why this was not the case at the Regnum. However, throughout our 12 night stay, progress was made and the beach, outdoor restaurant, pier, etc. were gradually opened, although the entertainment remained limited. Having said this, we could not fault any of the staff and the quality of food both in the main restaurant and the a la Cartes. The staff really worked hard throughout our stay and have to give special thanks to Habib who looked after us both at breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant. The bar staff, occasionally run off their feet, ensured that our glasses were never left empty. This applied in all of the bars that we visited and wish to mention Sertac, Ramazen, Burak, Aykut, Tayfun, Ermulla and Engin who all gave exceptional service. The manager of the a la Carte restaurants was superb and went out of his way to find us a table on a couple of occasions, I'm sorry that I didn't get his name to personally thank him. As previously mentioned, the quality of the food at the a la Carte restaurants was outstanding as was the service. In particular, Murat at the Turkish restaurant and Umit at the Italian deserve to be recognised as does the chef at the Fish restaurant who personally served us a delicious special dessert. We are due to re-visit the Regnum in October 2022 for a week, however, I fear that, unfortunately, this may be our last due the the steep increase in prices for 2023.…
Positives are: cheerful and helpful staff, very spacious room, Olive self service buffet restaurant imaginative and very clean with excellent service. Golf rounds at Carya and the National were excellent and much enjoyed. Adult swimming pool excellent and so was the evening entertainment and the beach area. Fast track service at the airport was really good. All staff everywhere were always friendly smiling and helpful - THEY WERE 5* Negatives: impossible to use the restaurant booking service on a daily basis after 9am. Only managed to book two restaurants successfully and one of those was a cancellation. Very poor service in one restaurant - we left before dessert having sat for nearly 30 minutes without so much as a glass of water - definitely not 5*. En suite bathroom and toilet area in need of refresh and maintenance. Lights flickering in bedroom , leaking kettle and air conditioning in need of maintenance and or repair. Bedroom corridors need redecoration and new carpeting. Not 5*. Worst of all - an appalling view of a flat green roof from balcony - definitely not the 'golf course' view we were told it would be. As a returning guest the hotel ignored our request for the room we had last time. This leaves a bit of sour taste .......…
Spent 6 night here to celebrate my 40th birthday with a large group of friends and family. We had a wonderful time and it really is an excellent hotel. My guests are still talking about how wonderful the resort is. Pros: Lovely, clean hotel with amazing All Inclusive food and beverages. Best All-Inclusive I’ve been to. Amazing food in the main (buffet) restaurant - hugeeee space with lots and lots of options. Also loved the Asian restaurant. The best food. I also tried the Turkish restaurant, wonderful. When is comes to food and drinks you cannot ask for a better hotel in Belek. Amazing large kids club with lots of activities - the kids absolutely loved going there and miss it. Lovely very kind staff in the kids club. Lots of pools in the resort (adult pools, kids pools, water parks, wave pool etc) although we would have loved it if more pools were heated. We went in April and would love to revisit in the Summer. We stayed in a Pearl pool room, which was lovely although the pool (in front of the rooms) was not heated so we could not use it. Buggy service was excellent, extremely fast and reliable. I had a birthday party at the convention center, initially found it stressful planning this as the hotel doesn’t really get involved in this and there were language barriers, however they did refer me to an event planner who was great to work with. There is also a nightclub on site which was fun. I also used the salon and spa - both great. Cons: Too many cats INDOORS in the main lobby area, in the resort, and worst of all - in the main restaurant at night. We did get used to them in the end but this should be controlled indoors. The staff were not always friendly, many did not understand English making it sometimes difficult to communicate. All in all, an excellent resort. Will most likely revisit.…
Regnum is ideal hotel with kids , 12 days were amazing!! Thank you MAKRO PHOTOGRAPHY team for fantastic photos , they based in a hotel very convenient) . In beginning of may you cannot swim in the sea still cold , but there are. warm swimming pools.
Holidayed at the Regnum Carya Hotel the last 6 years since it’s opening in 2015 and an exceptional hotel for quality of staff, facilities, food and drink, all supported by 2 true championship golf courses. Attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel makes it a true 5* establishment and just back from another fantastic holiday there with my family and already booked our next visit in September 2022 for wife and me! Only criticism I can see on the horizon is the costs that some tour operators are putting out there at the moment pushing the cost beyond the limit of a normal family week in the sun 😎
I went to Regnum Carya for my second visit with my family. It was a great experience once again. The hotel staff was excellent and catered to all our needs. My granddaughter is only 7 months and they provided us with baby food , organic Hipp make and it was available at all times. They provided us with a baby steriliser and baby buggy. I have vegan daughters which the chef of the hotel catered for with no problem. The Ala Carte restaurants was amazing especially the kushimoto, koz and Italian. All the pools in April are heated and there is an adult pool if you do not want to be around children. Entertainment was good in the evening. Rooms are always cleaned excellently. I will be returning with my family in the future and will like to thank all staff and managers for making our holiday one of the best we have had.…
