AYDINBEY QUEEN'S PALACE & SPA - Updated 2022 Prices & Hotel Reviews (Kadriye, Turkey)

Excellent hotel, this is our first visit to the hotel but we come to Antalya regularly. It wasn’t our first choice but because our chosen hotel was closed we were given this as alternative and having arrived and stayed here we are delighted. The facilities are excellent and the service is outstanding, the food you are spoiled for choice, there is always too many dishes, fresh bread, soups, salads and sweets and fresh fruit. The waiters are very helpful. Thanks all staff for making our stay a memorable experience.

Excellent vacation in Belek

Very good hotel for a vacation on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Excellent location, room, service, and food. Very helpful staff, especially I'm thankful to guest relation Svetlana who assisted us with several questions.

Great Holiday

The hotel was amazing. I took my mum and kids to the hotel for a holiday and found it to be very clean and that the staff could not do enough for you. Some staff have limited English but that was not a barrier. The food was good however the fresh food was amazing. Food and drinks were always available. I’d certainly go back to the hotel. They appear to be comfortable to use Euros more than Lira, I don’t know if that’s a local thing or something across Turkey. You could however visit this hotel and not spend a penny. 5 star experience.

Drinks and customer service need improving but great clean rooms. No staff speak English.

The hotel overall is very clean, the rooms are great. The drinks are awful, this place makes weather-spoons look like the ritz in terms of cocktails. STAFF NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO MAKE DRINKS - this is unacceptable for a “5 Star Hotel”. The customer service is awful, defiantly not 5 stars or even 4. Staff stood on phones, having calls while you are waiting, staff cannot speak English. You can point to a drink on the menu and staff have no clue how to make it, it’s really bad. Asked for an ice coffee twice and was given an espresso the first time, the second I was given a cappuccino even though I pointed to the menu which was in Turkish. No clue what staff are doing in the restaurant, a lot of running around, but yet having to wait ages to be given cutlery and no one asks you what you want to drink. The cleaners who clean the room do an amazing job! Super helpful. The hotel is not a 5 star or even 4 for service or drinks, But for cleanliness it is a 5 star. The music situation is awful, think low quality speakers playing music from 10am until midnight. All of the sunbeds are in the shade, the only way to Sunbath in the sun, is to put your chair in the walkway so people can’t walk. It’s actually hard to sit in the sun without cutting people up. Would I come back again? No. The drinks ruin the holiday, it’s annoying coming away paying for all inclusive, and not even getting the drinks that are advertised or the ones your asking for - try the mojito for example and you will see what I mean, it tastes nothing like a mojito more like dirty tap water.…

3 Night break

For most of our stay here ,our time here is mostly positive..Positives are all staff we have been in contact with have all been very friendly and helpful.Food on first couple of days was very good but last couple of days have not been quite as good but still found something.Our waiter we had everyday was excellent and looked after us very well.Rooms ok although mini bar might as well not be there as only 2 bottles of water in it.Location for Land of Legends can’t be beat as you are next door to it .Unfortunately no shortcut so walking is about 20 mins or taxi. Unfortunately there are few things that are not great .There is no lighting in certain areas which is very dangerous.This really needs sorting as there are steps as well that you can’t see . As there is only one outdoor pool the music is too loud .It’s the one thing most people were not happy about .It’s on from 10am-11pm at very high noise level .It’s fine having it on but maybe half the level it’s constantly at .People still try to sleep/relax in the afternoon but it is difficult. Asked at reception to order taxi and was told they don’t do this which is first hotel we have ever had not been able to order one . All in all though our stay is very positive and only reason I wouldn’t come back is because there are so many hotels in this whole area of Turkey…

Lost Jewelry

Six day stay, and found out my pouch of very expensive jewelry was stolen from inside my bag. They only people that enter my room was the cleaning staff and my self. When report the lost of my jewelry, the hotel security check camera from outside room. No picture was taken of the items that was stolen and all they said is that my fault for leaving it in my bag and not in the safe. They handle the situation very badly like they stole it and was defending them self of no responsibility. When I ask to call the police they advise that they will file a report on me of distributing their hotel.

Also our hotel is not responsible for valuables outside of the safe in the room ( this information is given on the Registration Card which they filled and signed by check-in ) Therefore, it is not possible for us to accept this complaint. Awful/Cheap Quality AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hotel staff do not speak any English, they don't make my effort to find a solution for your issue. Music is playing loud all night, can't sleep, especially if they claim to be family friendly. My 2 year old was awake until the music stopped. They provided powder/water down juice. Mini bar in the room was empty. Check in process was longwinded and you had to wear an uncomfortable wrist band through out your trip.

very good staff

Very attentive staff with tourists, hardworking, hotel with many happy people , with a lot of good mood, everything works according to schedule. Good music, good sound, delicious cakes. Thanks for the wonderful vacantion.

AydinBey is one of the best hotels I’ve been , so many activities and interment , also the employees are perfect like SALIH , food and snacks are very good , drinks and the swimming pool is so clean and big . I recommend this hotel ✌🏼

Pool and food and spa are fantastic

Every thing is cool and personal are really nice and kind . And i want to telling the name : Gorkem , Hossein , haroon, sharifeh , Hasan and etc.. Thanks a lot 🙏. The Aque park is amazing. Hamam is cool enough 😎. They repact for every customer
