We only stayed here for one night, but we want to go there again and stay for a longer period. This place was a very nice surprise to us, we liked everything from the room to the room where we ate and the garden. The owners are very kind and helpful.

Pensiunea La Tara was the biggest surprise on our 5 week trip in Europe. The service was world class, the accommodation spacious and comfortable and the cooking absolutely magnificent. The location is perfect for seeing the Curtea de Arges Monastery and the Transfăgărășan. This would easily be a great location to stop and do day trips to other great sites around Transylvania. We stayed for one night as a family of 5 and enjoyed their spectacular home made traditional dinner and breakfast. When it was time to leave, our biggest regret was that we couldn't stay there longer. Highly recommend this place.
