Friendly & helpful staff, public transport almost at the door, walking distance to shops, pubs etc.

Far enough out of London CBD but also close enough to it

Good value for money, will definately stay here again.

Very good choice for a ten-day stay in London. The small flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen and the hotel offers a laundry room downstairs. Having said that the dryers needed repairs. It's conveniently situated with easy access to Heathrow and central London both on the piccadilly line which is a few minutes away on foot and accessible by bus. The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive. Overall good value for money considering all.

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Kew Gardens 10k, good location for Kew not so good for London sightseeing or night out.

Great apartment, has everything you’d need: hairdryer, kettle, TV. Sainsbury’s local next door for supplies.

Breakfast was a little disappointing and not worth £9, we didn’t realise we have to fill a form for each day, having only received 1 form on arrival, we missed out of breakfast on day 2.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and covid secure.

We had previously stayed at the Novotel next door, and we thought to try the Apartment Hotel for more space over the week that we were there. The rooms are well sized, and the facilities very good. As you’d expect there is a modest kitchen with all the supplies for cooking & eating. There is a small supermarket 50m away, so supplies of food for breakfast, etc are not a problem.
There is breakfast available in the lobby, but we didn’t try it. Also the Novotel is only 70m away, so it you don’t fancy cooking your own food, the facilities of the hotel are close.
We were on the 8th floor (out of 10), so noise was not a problem. The windows are double glazed and so the constant noise of the nearby A4/M4 is not noticeable.
Car parking is extra (GBP 15/day), and the underground car park is extensive. Beware parking fines, if you are not parked in an Adagio space!
Servicing of the rooms is only every 7 days, so we chose the have service after 3/4 days (towels, sheets, etc), at a small extra charge.
The hotel is a short walk to Kew Bridge railway (serving Waterloo, etc) and close to the bus (65) to South Ealing (London Underground), so getting into and out of London is easy. The hotel is only 20 minutes to LHR by car or taxi, and is outside the congestion charge area of London, if you are touring.
Recommended if you need some space to spread out!

This was my first stay in an aparthotel and I must say I was happily surprised. The rooms were large and spacious compared to normal hotel rooms and the balcony was a great touch! Fully equipped kitchen in the room was a great benefit.
All areas were extremely clean and had all the correct safety measures in place which has definitely made gmy future stays in an aparthotel preferable.

Few reviews I see on this page that were negative but still booked in myself to see if they were true however I wish I could discard them!! Was a little confused in how to get the the hotel as there is another entrance that looks exactly like it but they were for actual apartments not the hotel itself. Once i arrived to the correct door, staff instantly greet you with a smile and such a warm welcome. This East Asian women checked me & my wife in and she was very warm hearted.

The view was incredible, get to see Wembley from our window and the planes flying over, such a great touch. Parking is too pricey in my opinion especially in this on going inflation so I hope they consider marking down the prices for that. Kitchen could probably do with a bit more work especially cleaning the utensils more Other than that, I can say I will be more than happy to come back if this is the type of service I get

I was travelling to London by car and needed a hotel with parking within a short distance from the National Archives.

This hotel is very comfortable, the apartment I had was large, with a great bed and a good shower. The view out of the window was not great as it overlooked the Westway but I did not go here for the scenery.

It was a 9 minute drive to the NationalArchvies which equally has its own car park. Parking at the hotel is not cheap, £15 per night, but it was convenient. It is underground and there are very specific spaces to park in which the hotel gave me a list of a couple of days before arriving.

The staff were very good, I had one glitch with the safe which had been left locked in the open position and subsequently needed a battery change but these were dealt with swiftly.

There is a small Sainsbury's just in front of the hotel where one can buy any food you need as there are not loads of restaurants within walking distance. After a day with files it was nice just to come in and sort out what I wanted. I thought the utensils in the kitchen could have been better selected perhaps with a view to the type of ready meals that guests might be buying from the supermarket. (i.e. no baking tray, no colander) I also found it slightly annoying that the kitchen sockets were all hidden behind the microwave. The microwave is quite underpowered by today's standard when you take into account cooking instructions looking for 750W or 900W machines. I did appreciate having the Nespresso machine.

I would certainly go here again if I was doing any research at Kew.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Check in process was simple. Room spacious, clean, and well equipped with clever touches. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone looking in the area. They ask you for a £100 deposit when staying but this is refunded within a few hours of checkout. Only used the room, so cannot comment on other facilities offered.

We were a bit disappointed in the facilities in our apartment. On arrival the room was extremely hot, asked about opening the balcony door as per the instructions to be told it's only opened for over 7 night stays! Air con wasn't our preference as we prefer fresh air. It took 3 requests before the shower drain was cleared, also problems with the dishwasher. Apart from that staff were brilliant, just feel the owners/management haven't got their finger on the pulse.

This well priced and well presented accommodation has friendly staff and is situated in a nice neighbourhood. My room was truly spacious and I could easily have settled in for a couple of weeks. Although close to a major road, the rooms are well shielded from any noise with excellent glazing, and air conditioned (although I turned my unit off at night for a quieter sleep). Parking is available with a reasonable charge. Catering is limited - this is intended as an apartment hotel with the rooms having ample facilities for storing and cooking light meals.
