Detailed Reviews
Situated in the city center, Dukagjini Hotel is by far the best option for staying in the city of Peja/Peć. Althogh the hotel itself does not deserve alleged 5 stars, it really is a good one. Clean rooms, nice service, nice food, helpful and friendly workers make this place a wise choice if staying in this city. Apart from offering variety of services, one of the good things about this restaurant is the outside caffee and SPA. All recommendations!

This hotel was fantastic for our stay; it is centrally located overlooking the town square, and easy to walk to many restaurants/bazaar and the river. If you're a larger group, ask to stay in room 308 which is over two floors at the very top of the hotel, with a balcony right under the roof overlooking the town square. The top floor has lots of square footage for beds and lounging (we were 5). There's even a sauna in the bathroom! The breakfast was great and had a very large spread of traditional Kosovar offerings. Never had dinner there but there's plenty of seating including on the terrace overlooking the river. This is the place to stay in Peja!

Gorgeous hotel in perfect condition. From a comfortable room to superior service and an incredible spread available at breakfast, there is nothing to complain about. The hotel restaurant is right alongside the river and for our dinner reservation we were welcomed in a special VIP section away from the bustle of the larger terrace. Parking onsite with constant monitoring from attendants felt very secure. Peja is a lovely town and we enjoyed our stopover here!

The hotel is very well located. The welcome at reception was very kind . We find the hotel very comfort and clean. All enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi . But there were problems in some rooms cause luke water of shower. Another point - we have booked a triple room two beds were correct but the third has to sleep in a portable bed (not so comfort ) and you got to watch out this. Breakfast was very good- so much kind of dishes you can find and the best is espresso coffee included at breakfast (all other international hotels charge you extra)

Stayed for a night but could spend at least 2 days to enjoy the city and relaxing accomodations of the hotel. Great service with an outstanding breakfast and dinner options. The room is well designed and clean, shower is smaller than others but they have a clever solution making the bathroom very functional. Astonishing reception desk with a dedicated and organized check-in process. Be careful with the stairs at the entrance, the best is just wait and they will carry your luggage worry free.

+1
Hotel Dukagjini lies in the heart of Peja and is merited by a perfect backdrop of the gateway to The Rugova Valley. If you select a Junior Suite you will have a small balcony overlooking the square and mountains behind. It's a superb spot not just because of the view but convenience of being astride shops, restaurants and cafes. The square it overlooks is certainly a place to see and be seen in the cool part of Peja.
Being the first day of Greater Bairam, a key Muslim festival, almost everything in town besides the hotel & facilities were shut. As such, I couldn't have checked in at a better time. Rain ensued for the rest of the day and making use of the spa during this time became a guilt free pleasure over getting drenched.
Other facilities ranged from an indoor gym, terrace and hookah lounge, none of which I used. Some nights the lounge turns into a disco finishing at around 11pm.
The desserts were delectable and service throughout the hotel was timely and polite.
Compliments to Art who was very approachable and the delightful receptionists where nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Very easy and welcoming check in. The room is beautiful, modern and clean. Amenities available. I asked for conditioner and after 2 hours they forgot to bring it. I called and requested it again and they brought up shower gel and shampoo. I then called reception again to ask for conditioner and they said they don’t have any. Why didn’t you just say that from the beginning? The minibar wasn’t working so all the drinks were warm. Also, there’s a club right next under the hotel, so regardless of where you’re situated you’re going to be hearing the beats throughout the night. Really uncomfortable sleep with the music blasting. Not quite sure why the floor in the shower is sloped down, which made it very slippery. The restaurant breakfast was average . Also, it was super dark.

I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
Despite the lovely location, you just get nice smiles from waiters for faults of the cuisine!
Quality is desperately overrated, you just get the name of it, nothing else unfortunately .
Therefore i do not recommend to spend your money and time there.

Eat dinner here, but when eating our dessert one of us found a strain of hair in the sufle which we ordered. When we told the waiter he just took it away and not even apologising. We then asked for the check and he wanted us to pay for that dessert!! When confronting him he just shrugged it of as it what can I do! Even when trying to speak with him he just ran away!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE that this kind of treatment can happen at a restaurant/hotel like this.
