The second time we stayed here. Nice quite, little hotel. There s only three rooms for rent. There s a little swimmingpool, which is a bit nippy. Very good food. Lots of things to do nearby. There s a little zoo nearby, and You can visit the rhumery Very nice people to stay with.

Quiet, relaxing and a great getaway from the tourist traps. Worth a stay for such a great service and friendly staff. The food is great and there is also the visits to the rhumerie included a tasting of local rhum. We will definitely come back again.

The entire estate was great... But my favorite was the Rum distillery. The staff was so much fun and taught me a lot about rum. Also bought such a nice bottle there. Half the price of the airport duty free. Worth a visit!!!!! The tasting is great because you can try them all and they give you the story behind... More

I have traveled mauritius a lot. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and are amazing. Next to the south coast of mauritius, if you need a couple getaway, this is the place you want! Rediscover your wife and mauritius! With your own butler!

Away from the beach resorts this former colonial house in a sugar plantation is very special. Great period accommodation , excellent food and personal service. Tasting the rum from their own distillery is memorable and educational. There are only 3 bedrooms and I was lucky to get in so book in advance to avoid disappointment.

They grow Vanilla here despite Tea being the reason why they encourage tourists to visit as part of the Tea Route of Mauritius. Bought some Vanilla Pod so hope to mix it with some white rum... More

We stayed 4 nights. They offered 2 options, to eat at the equally idyllic restaurant built in 1819 or to have a meal served at the lodge where you stay. We tried both and they were excellent. The lodge is still resplendent in period furnishings including 4 poster beds. It has a large shared dining room where food is served... More

Perfectly cooked salmon with rice, excellent. A set of golf clubs in the bar! A little tight on parking but not to bad. NAUGHTY. Charged 10€ for carafe of... More

We spent a blissful day at the Auberge de St Aubin after checking out of our villa and before our flight home. We were greeted charmingly by the staff and shown our two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, so we could relax and get ready for the long flight. We enjoyed the pool (although it was a bit slippy at... More
