smashing place absolutely wonderful with a pretty blonde who works really well, much better than the rest great place great staff overall cannot fault it in anyway lovely family owned pub well and truly recommended

went to mablethorpe for the day and as weather was so nice decided to try and get a family room (b and b or room only )and to stay another day and The Fairhaven was the only place with a family room only, double bed, Bunk beds,it was basic But clean and clean towels provided

This is a fantastic little b&b. We have no complaints at all. We stayed 1 night and we also had a dog with us. The room was clean with tea/coffee provided. The bed and bedding clean and every thing worked as it should. The breakfast was very good the staff friendly and the bar

I agree that its not a 5* hotel, but you only get what you pay for! some people expect the ritz for the price of a tent! it is a cheap & cheerful b&b, with friendly hosts, definately going back this year, very child friendly, good breakfast, what more can anyone ask for?
