"Our stay with Sue and Paul was like staying with friends. Their hospitality, willingness to make our stay the best experience and superb meals, were second to none. There is a comfortable lounge with a nice large television, for use of all guests. The Colours theme for all the bright and very clean bedrooms, is a fun idea which Sue...

The rooms were extremely spotless and a hearty tasty breakfast to set you up for the day. Fantastic location right next to the beach and you were made to feel very welcome. All ages catered for and nothing seemed to be too much trouble especially as we had a 4 month old baby.

My husband and I spent the weekend there and it is spotlessly CLEAN, Paul and Sue are very FRIENDLY and they are positioned so close to the sea and promenade makes an early morning or late night walk along the beach so easy. The beach is beautiful golden sand no stones so perfect for young and old. A friend and i stayed here for three nights last month and enjoyed our stay very much. The Guest House is very well situated close to the sea and Promenade and is situated at the end of a cul de-sac so it was very quiet at night. We opted for the ground floor bedroom with an ensuite wet room and...

Had a long weekend here in April and the welcome, rooms, breakfast all to a high standard. This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed. The only downside to Mablethorpe is that places to eat in an evening are limited. Steakhouse at end of road is ok and you get 10% discount if you mention staying at Colours,...

We stayed in this friendly B&B in Mablethorpe recently and received such a warm welcome, including our golden retriever. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and our hosts were extremely helpful, recommending a great pub for dinner and generally making us feel very welcome. We would stay again if we were ever in the area, especially as the...

What a friendly welcome. We were met at the door by Sue and then introduced to Paul over a welcome cup of tea and a friendly chat, no pressure to sign in and be shown our room. Our en suite room was cosy and looked out over the lake. The bed was divine. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked to...
