We were a huge group of 15 people and we had an amazing time in this hotel. Right on the beach! The rooms were clean when we went there and quite large for the money you pay. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and it is quite small, though the amazing view it provides compensates for that. The pool bar is ok but they should put more comfortable chairs. The aluminium ones that were were not very comfy to sit in for a long time. The only problem we had is they did not change the sheets at all, even when i insisted on it. The cleaning lady said they do it every 7 days, which is not how it shoould be according to my humble opinion :) We were on half board and the food in the restaurant was amazing, much better than the 5 star hotels we have been in Bulgaria. The breakfast was a litle boring but they were trying hard to include something different every morning. The chef deserved a good tip at the end of our stay. Overall it is a superb place for the money you are about to pay.

We were here on juny 2012, the hotel is situated in an quiet zone, near by the sea, is very beatiful, when we have the breakfast or dinner, on the terrace, with view to the sea. The hotel Bijou I recomend for family, or for quiet people. The food was very good and varied.

The hotel has a good location on the sea shore. Friendly staff, clean rooms, terrible food!!! The owner built another wing of the hotel and apparently it cost him a lot of money, so he saves incredibly on food for the guests. We had soft all inclusive, the best were the breakfasts, where they always served the same salami, cheese, etc., but you always had enough. For lunch and dinner, fries or fried potatoes, rice, pasta, but only fried semi-finished products of minced meat (have dry rice with minced dry meat), sometimes to our great joy they included some sauce (beware, always the same) and 2 times it was chicken thighs - but only the lower part, so that we don't overeat! Plus salads, the same all week. Coffee diluted with water, milk as well. The dessert remains the same all week. The semi-finished product from the fridge that they smeared with cream and decorated while you ate the dough was soaked with water. 2 types of juice, from fruit per week 2x watermelon, 2x apple, otherwise only oranges. What was not eaten was served to us the next day in a different arrangement! You had to buy everything at the beach bar, whether it was lunch or dinner, it didn't matter! Everything and always for money! Our sunbeds were occupied by local Bulgarians, luckily we always had somewhere to lie down. Well, somewhere the owner has to make money for the extension, right! Nowhere else, in any hotel we have ever visited, has the food service been so horrible. So this hotel no more!!!

The hotel offers all-inclusive meals, but it is full board, where you have to pay for drinks (except for 7° beer and sour wine). Beer is free only at lunch and dinner. Bar by the beach - you pay for everything. The food is monotonous, they can't make fish and so they don't even make it. There are only meatballs, čevabčiči or minced schnitzels - all seasoned with savory. They go in 14 days a kind of segedin with a small amount of meat. Chicken drumsticks about 4 times. The vegetable counter is good.
The beach - a mess that no one cleans up and you have to pay for a sunbed and umbrella in the price of the trip!!!!

We had an apartment, very spacious. Comfortable beds. Brilliant views across the Black Sea.

Breakfast was adequate, service exceptional in the dining room.

Free WIFI available throughout the hotel, and on the adjacent beach. It never failed to work.

Semi-secure fenced parking area.

Didn't like the food. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package. They never changed even a single touch in the breakfast during our week stay. Dinner was not good enough, as well.
The boy at the sky bar was really very nice and ready to respond to all customers' needs.

Response from Tsvetan S, General Manager at Bijou Hotel & Restaurant
Responded Jul 18, 2017
Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay with Bijou Hotel & Restaurant. We are sad to hear that you have not had enough choices for breakfast and dinner. Although, our continental breakfast includes: ham, salami, white and yellow cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. as well as 3 different types of eggs: boiled, scrambled, fried; then typical Bulgarian fried egg bread, boiled sausage, muesli, etc. We do also have variety of fruits, two types of juices, water, tea, and coffee. We apologize if we must that we do not have a show cooking in our small 48 rooms hotel situated right in front of the sea. As far as for the dinner, every day during the week we have different menu in our cold and warm buffets where you could easily find different salads every single day plus fish and local Bulgarian dishes in our warm buffet. But that is not all because we do have as much as we could produce for the daily evening dinner whereat you could always find pizza, french fries, and two types of soup (different every single evening). Thank you for the compliment of our staff member at our sky bar. We will tell our two bartenders that you wish them well and were fully satisfied of their services on the top of our building where you could enjoy a panoramic sea view while taking a drink or a meal. Thank you again for writing your comments. We do appreciate them and take them into consideration. Kindest Regards, Bijou Hotel & Restaurant

Me and my daughter had a one week stay in Bijou hotel and restaurant. We want to recomand this hotel to those who want a pleasant stay in Bulgaria. The hotel close to the beach is perfect. The staff on the hotel is one of the best and nicest i have ever experienced in my vacations in bulgaria. The rooms are nice and clean and so is the rest of the hotel. Food is good and if you want u can try many of the surounding resturants to. The place is a big contrast to forexample sunny beach.
If u want to relax and enjoy a good holyday. I would very much recomand Hotel Bijou.
Have a nice holyday 😀

Fabulous place to stay! MY husband and I have been at Bijou hotel from august 10 to august 17 this year 2016. The room had a sea view with a
good size balcony. The place is clean the staff are all friendly. The restaurant had a lot
of choices four breakfast lunch and diner. We use the roof top pool and the view from there is amazing.

we stayed here for 10 nights in late August 2013. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are eager to help and are all friendly. Our room had a sea view with a good size balcony. The hotel restaurant had a great choice of Bulgarian cuisine and was surprisingly reasonable, given the standard of the accommodation. The breakfast was always freshly prepared but I would have liked the choice of croissants rather than ham and eggs or cheese and tomatoes. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. It is situated right on the sealine and has a fantastic panorama. Although there is a resident singer, the Hotel is very quiet as it is set back from main Ravda (short walk). The restaurant was underused we felt and would have benefitted from traditional Bulgarian music. We didn't use the rooftop pool - it was small but the views were amazing.
