On the positive side: a very spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The towels were replaced twice a week. Great pools ( clean and not too crowded with free sun-beds and umbrellas). Quiet area. Very close to the Paradise Aquapark. about 600-700m to Lidl (when you take the shortcut - turn right after leaving the hotel gate and follow the path straight on, after you pass a little hill on your right and the cemetery on your left you'll see Lidl to the right side). The beach is about 500m away - while heading for the beach I recommend going more to the left. I personally liked Nessebar South Beach most.
Frappe at the bistro- cheap and very refreshing ;-)
Helpful staff. Sometimes language problems but this was easily overcome each time.
Hotel offers a half-day ticket to Paradise Aquapark for free- great deal!!
Drawbacks: hotel air-conditioning was stinky, therefore I presume it was cleaned a long time ago. The rooms were not really clean- the door looked sticky, the bathroom tiles had smudges. After I cleaned those things myself - I felt comfortable at last and could enjoy my stay at that hotel.
Attention: Water in the tapscan be extremely hot (almost boiling). Make sure your children don't use them without your supervision.
Breakfast- monotonous and accompanied by wasps- beware of them because there is a danger you may even eat one (and such protein probably isn't the kind you'd go for). To avoid wasps- go inside the bistro.

We stayed here for 4 nights towards the end of July 2012.
Good points:
-location: quiet and close to water park which was really fun
-reception staff were friendly
-room was spacious and clean
Bad points:
-Breakfast was really poor and we didn't bother after the first day
-We asked for more hangers as the room only had a couple and we never received them
-the bed was not very comfortable and is unfortunately one of the typical Bulgarian pull-out sofa beds
Generally, having visited Ravda around 8 years ago, the village has gone down hill and is not as lovely as it used to be. Nessebar is still a great place to visit, and only 10 minutes drive away.

Extremely peaceful resting place with well-kept green and lovely pools, with easy access. Suitable for family vacations as well as for larger companies. The kitchen and the service are at an excellent level, we were happy with my family. I recommend it to everyone.

The most peaceful place in Ravda. The hotel is a gated complex, away from outsiders and noise. Great place for a family holiday. There are three crystal clear pools, a bar, and the apartments are equipped with everything needed for a normal life. We will have to go again.

I spent there a week with a girlfriend of mine and her 8 years old daughter. The place is giving you calmness and is cozy and clean. The apartments are very comfortable and fully equiped with everything you should need, the staff at the reception is so kind and friendly and the cleaning ladies will do almost everything for your comfort. All the surrounding area - the pools, the gardens, the alleys were clean nad very nice looking. I left with a pity and for sure shall come back!

What can I say? I loved it! This hotel is pretty good. The service is great and so is the staff. The rooms are nice and big. Best thing are the pools, clean and sunny. The hotel is a bit secluded and it's pretty quiet, which awesome when you need a bit of a rest and relaxation. Probably best for families or couples. Overall the experience was solid and we would probably visit again next year.

The dirtiest hotel that I have visited ever. We have booked an apartment fro 7 nights so when I just entered in the apartment I was in shock honestly. I saw in the so called living room the stuff were just left there without any logic. In the bed room the same thing so I didn't really feel comfortable so I just decided to leave this hotel because I couldn't imaging to stay 7days in this dirty place.

This place is great. Quiet and secluded, which is a plus. We loved the pool area, totally worth it. The rooms were pretty good, the food was delicious. As for the personnel, the service was top notch and very helpful.

arrived around 1:30 am and wasn’t even shown to our room and it’s a pretty big complex. Dirty cutlery and glasses upon arrival, one single bed and a pull out sofa bed which hurts to lay on, towels changed twice a week which is vile and no one even cleans the room, plug sockets barely work, no shower curtain and the shower head doesn’t even stand up so you have to bend to shower, payed 15 lev for a weeks worth of Wi-Fi but would only let one of us connect to it at a time, sheets on the “bed” with fag holes in and a massive key that you have to turn 4 times to lock and 4 times to open takes you an hour to get into the room, lights turn off in the hallway all the time so you have to keep turning them on to open you’re door. On the plus side it’s a modern room nicely decorated, two balcony’s and very big, plenty of room for putting you’re clothes away in the wardrobe even though we received 3 hangers, after seeing the cutlery and how dirty they were we haven’t even bothered with breakfast.
