Today my mother went to Ni SPA and everything from the staff, to the treatments was amazing. Making the reservation with Jasmine, was great she help me with selecting the treatments and booking the reservation and making the process so much easier. The Manager Karol was incredibly nice and super helpful with all of her staff and the guest. Paola, was the esthetician in charge of her facial treatment and was the best at her job. After the treatment, her face was glowing and she had the best time at the SPA. Definitely will recommend it to anyone.
Employees are very attentive. We went to Las Palmas in our first night and food was very good. Alexandra took great care of us and explained very well the plates and desserts. Everything was delicious. Second day morning we had breakfast at Las Palmas restaurant and we tried the breakfast buffet. Luis Tortilla (the buffet chef) was an amazing host, very dynamic and attentive. Nelson was our waiter and he was very nice aswell. We went to the bar and the bartender made us very good drinks. We had dinner at Alexandra restaurant. Bridgit was a very good waitress, very attentive and she guided us thru our selections. I would like to give special thanks to Luis Carbonel (the manager) he was checking on us all the time and making our experience very special. Thank you all for making our anniversary an unforgettable one.…
Rooms are in excellent condition and the employees are very attentive. It has 2 restaurants: 1) Las Palmas Café, food is very good, quantities & prices reasonable; 2) Restaurant Alexandra, which is a "fine dining" and "award winning "( doesn't specify the award name) has good flavors but ridiculously small quantities of food at a very high price. Restaurant Alexandra was a totally disappointing experience.
I went to the Copamarina Resort for a girl's weekend with my sister on Easter (April 1-4, 2021). I was afraid that COVID restrictions may interfere with our weekend of fun, but it didn't. Even though the mask mandate was strictly implemented, it did not feel oppresive. In fact, the few times I forgot to put my mask, I was kindly reminded by someone from the staff to put it on, with respect and in a very cordial way. In fact, a man came to the restaurant and forgot his in the room and the staff provided him with one, so he did not have to return to his room to get one. That was very kind. Also, it make me feel safe that measures were being enforced to prevent the spread. So, that was great. From the time we got there, the staff was amazing. Keslie checked us in and gave us great pointers regarding a hike we were interested in doing the next day (to Fort Caprón in the Dry Forrest). The next day, when we came back, she remembered us and asked about our experience. We even showed her the pictures we took. It was a small detail that went a great way. We ate at the Hotel restaurant (Las Palmas Cafe) for every meal. In the mornings they have an American Buffet with very good food. Luis Tortilla (he told us they called him that because he used to make the omelettes) was impressive managing the service to prevent people from touching the items in the buffet table (another COVID measure). Nelson was our waiter every morning and he was so attentive and served us with a smile. The food was very good too. One of the nights, we were not able to make a reservation, so we order to go and ate at the room. The service was fast and very efficient. That was our experience the whole weekend with all the service staff. Every staff member was very friendly and would greet you when walking by. The common areas, as well as our room, were very clean. The green areas were mantained nicely. I never saw garbage or dirt anywhere. Finally, there was live music every night aound the restaurant / bar area. On Thurday, there was a guy playing the saxophone. On Friday and Saturday, there was a guy playing the acoustic guitar. They were very good and entertaining. All in all, the weekend was amazing. We are already thinking to come back.…
We enjoyed our stay at the Copamarina. The grounds are AMAZING and so peaceful. Julio was an awesome bartender and he was so accommodating. The room is quite spacious; however, they are in need of some updating. Even though the bed and pillows were comfortable, we did not sleep well because the AC was very loud and would kick on and off all night. We could also hear the neighbors easily. My husband and I kayaked out to Guilligan's Island which was not a small feat. It definitely took a lot of effort and not for novices when windy. Once we made it there, the water around the Island was BEAUTIFUL and we were able to snorkel. Overall, a wonderful stay!
