Very special and pleasant experience in this structure where customers are involved in a convivial atmosphere especially during meals served at two large tables where you can make friends and share the experiences of the day
Breakfast and dinner very hearty, varied and quality
Cozy common rooms and family atmosphere
The staff does not speak Italian except for a few including Laura, very nice and helpful
The rooms are probably different because some of the customers raised some concerns, but as far as we were concerned we were very satisfied with the size and exposure
One aspect to improve could be a greater focus on cleaning
In general, the services offered are well above the category of membership with an excellent quality / price ratio
The property is also located in a beautiful hamlet of Valtournanche

We stayed at this cozy hotel for a long weekend and were very happy! We were a bunch of friends, and everyone enjoyed it very much. The hotel had a familiar and relaxed feel, and we felt welcome from the first moment.

The hotel owner was incredibly nice and service oriented, always happy and helpful with tips and ideas to make our stay as good as possible. You could really tell that there is someone who is passionate about making guests feel comfortable!

The food also exceeded our expectations. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the dinner was very well cooked and tasty. You could tell that you put time and care into creating really good meals.

It is a hotel that is perfect if you are looking for something charming, personal and a little more relaxed. We were all really impressed and can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay, we will gladly come back!

All very surreal, perhaps because the structure is managed by a family of Nordic origin, very helpful and well supported by a young staff.
There was a lot of confusion upon arrival when they couldn't find the two rooms booked, they didn't know what treatment they had been booked with etc... anyway we left our luggage at the hotel in the morning and went to spend the day on the snow in Cervinia (which is 15 minutes away by car). car) upon our return everything sorted, dinner separately.
In our opinion, much of the confusion is created by the one confusing staff person who is also the family's trusted person.
the rooms, the one on the second floor, were supposed to be for 4 people but there were beds, six of which were in an attic heated with heaters; the one on the first floor had a strong smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom which was renovated quite a few years ago.....it had been cleaned for 6 years
dinner, for those who haven't included it in the half board, costs €28 and it's good stuff! no local dishes are presented and everyone eats in a room with shared tables, abundant dishes and fresh products. for those who don't fit in the large room, well we can make do a little on the sofa and a little wherever it happens....
breakfast, good international and plentiful.
price in line with the proposal, if you expect to stay at the grand hotel go further, but if you adapt, especially for young people it is something that I strongly suggest, you have to adapt a little but anyway in the structure you stay for a few hours the majority part of the day was spent outdoors.
convenient transfer service to Cervinia and room for ski storage and rental.
all very surreal, but I would go back.

Hotel Millefiori is an absolute gem! When you walk in the door you feel like you are in a very nice club, and they make you feel very special, immediately bringing us cappuccinos and offering snacks while we waited for our room to be ready (we were very early). The room was very comfortable, and had a great view. The lounge was luxurious, and provided many drinks and snacks and coffee on an honor system. They had a sauna and a jacuzzi in a spa area that was heaven after the long trail we had hiked. We ate dinner there as well, and it was truly outstanding. Breakfast was an unbelievable assortment of fresh fruits and mueslis, yoghurts, types of eggs, etc., much like the selection you’d find on a cruise ship. But underlying all these great features was a level of service that I have found maybe at a Ritz Carlton. It was that good. Strongly recommend!

This is the hotel no one wants to miss! Stepping into Millefiori is like being welcomed into a cozy private living room. The fire in the fireplace crackles in the corner, someone makes himself an Aperol spritz in the self-service bar and a group of friends have a coffee over a game of cards on the comfortable leather sofas.

The rooms are in a stripped-down Scandinavian style and both a bathrobe and slippers are included. The hotel is known for its friendly staff, which is absolutely true. Nothing is impossible here! The owner Micke solves just about everything.
But the absolute highlight - and what will keep us coming back - is the food. Everything from the sumptuous breakfast buffet to the magical 4-course dinners with free access to wine. The cheese and charcuterie tray that is served every evening is a story in itself!

Thank you for allowing us to spend the 2024 sports holiday with you! // Sara T with family ❤️

Before choosing this hotel I read the very positive reviews. My experience, however, was disappointing. For me a hotel where there is no parking, you have to lug your suitcases up two floors because there is no lift and no one helps you, the bed linen is all strictly unironed, the duvets and mattresses are very different from the different in terms of materials and comfort and the furniture seems to have been put together with leftovers from other houses, where the bathroom, blind, and among other things with a bidet without a cap, dates back to the 70s, breakfast is obviously served without a tablecloth but above all in large tables where 20 people sit really tightly and where the chair at the table behind yours touches yours and therefore the guests don't pass (but since they have to pass, you have to constantly fuss to let them pass), where there is no staff at the reception and in the breakfast room and therefore the large table and the dirty dishes of others very close to you remain dirty for the entire time of your breakfast, a hotel where the breakfast buffet is rich and of good quality but does not have sufficient cutlery and so everyone touches everything with their hands and things are so crammed together as to be inaccessible, where the switchboard telephone number is a Swedish number that never answers, here in the face of all this (maybe I'm not "smart" and I'm at the ancient) but at least don't ask me to pay the price not of a 4 but of a real 5 star! Ah, last thought: I arrived at breakfast among the first and it makes you think that in all the "convivial" tables the first guests to arrive were seated at the extremes! As far away as possible from other unknown guests!

Fantastic food and great service with staff who were always happy and helpful. Sleep like a princess in bed! Large selection in the bar and cozy common areas to socialize in whether you are a small or large company. The sauna is well-sized for larger groups and hot tub both indoors and outdoors. Incredibly affordable! Welcome in these times to be able to experience all this and still feel that it was cheap and affordable. Will definitely be back next year again!

We arrived much later than expected; and were welcomed by the host
warmly and sympathetically. and with a delicious meal. The hotel owner was incredibly helpful - every day we were there trying to restore our lost luggage( they even lent me warm clothing for our our treks towards the Matterhorn. )The food was exceptionally delicious, filling, and with strong local links. We were delivered and collected at the beginning and end of some walks and benefitted from conversations in English in the vehicle. Our room was comfortable and warm, though would have benefitted from stronger lights. Very good ensuite and terrace facilities. I would be delighted to return to that valley, and stay in Hotel Millefiori again.

We stayed here with our hiking group for 8 nights. The location of the chalet is great, easy accessible for lots of trails. The staff were amazing, very friendly and polite and our room was cleaned every day without asking this.
We had breakfast and dinner here every day and I can say the food was delicious! So much to eat as well! Most of the days I could not finish my dinner. Lots of options for breakfast as well.
We used the sauna and the hot tub one evening, very relaxing.
Plenty of space to sit with your friends on the terrace and in the lounge area in a really comfortable space.

The only downside really was the old bathroom. It needs a renovation for sure and the plumbing was very noisy at times. It compensated with great food and atmosphere though ☺️

When we visited the hotel in November 2023, the hotel host Micke and his young service-minded team were ready when we entered the door. They created a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, where everything quietly fell into place around us. The room was nicely decorated and the bed with real duvets! We enjoyed the plentiful and lovely food at the long tables, the good atmosphere in the bar by the fireplace and the very beautiful view. We skied and hiked in the beautiful mountains around the hotel.
The hospitality at Millefiori is top class and down to earth.

Just so you know, the beautiful landscape in the upper Aosta Valley is not flat, it is a part of the Alps. You more or less always walk, roll in a wheelchair or pusch either uphill or downhill. This is also applicable to the surroundings of Hotel Millefiore including their small parkingspace (it is small, so check with the Hotel if space are available). I have started my treekings just from the hotel doorstep. The hotel is very nice with a friendly staff and the staff will be able to bring you to other places in the Valley but still you will have to walk/roll/push mostly uphill or downhill :-).
