I was there before 7 years as student of high school. Αfter so many years I saw some old photos and I remembered how wonderful it was my accommondation on that trip. I am sure that it continues to rise and I hope as an adult to be able to visit it again.

Travelling in northern Greece for the first time away from tourist areas and needing accomodation traveling between Vikos and Meteora. A quick check im an accomodation website, this hotel came up, so we booked and drove in. Such a friendly reception with help with luggage, they even parked the car for us as there is no parking adjacent to the hotel. It's a very touristy village, with a good range of tavernas. The public areas were 'Alpine' in style with lots of wood in evedence.We were told that the hotel had recently been refurbished. Doors to the corridors were very modern powered glass. Rooms emanated luxury with soft furnishings and warm wood. Bathroom had very modern white fittings and a multifunctional shower with a wide range of water temperatures. The bed was very comfy and veranda had a great view over part of the village and the massive valley. Breakfast room was at the same standard and the range of food available suitable for every range of taste and diet. Clearly this is a hotel geared to the skiing market but eminently suitable for any traveller.…

This is a lovely hotel with great service from the family who run it. Our room had a fantastic view and it was a very short walk to the main square with a good choice of restaurants. The choice at breakfast was good. Only slight downside was the parking which is a short distance away up a narrow cobbled street, but not a major problem given the pleasure of staying in the midst of a historic village.

Kassaros is a magnificent hotel, built with taste and attention to detail. It combines traditional craftsmanship with modern amenities. Our room was exquisitely decorated in local motifs, with pieces of traditional art. The double bed was quite big and comfortable and the bathroom was very modern with a lovely shower. 30 metres from the main square and within walking distance of restaurants and many shops selling local produce and art. It is owned and run by a lovely family who gave us good advice regarding the local sights. And let’s not forget Hector, their huge husky who loves having his belly rubbed!

Situated just a short walk from the Central Plateia, with views over the valley and surrounding mountains. Run by Stelios & his family (who also run the Kassaros Travel company of tour buses). All mod-cons, spacious, comfortable rooms - well presented and impeccably clean. Staff are polite and extremely helpful as is the family dog - the Husky - on guard outside the hotel but who loves a fuss! We would certainly recommend a stay in this hotel in this beautiful town.

The hotel is placed quite in near the center of the village. Breakfast was nice, the staff attitude good, the village and the view qualify as a touristic attraction. Take a walk up the village. The lakes and mountains north west of the of Metzovo are great for nature trips, we did mountain biking. We had one issue with no warm water one of the nights.

The view over the village is marvelous. The room is worm and has all we need including bar, safe, balcony and a nice bathroom . Breakfast is good and the service is greate. The hotel workers take care of you and are worm and kind. Thank you.

Small cosy and very nice decorated hotel. The owner, his wife and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the main square of the village. Excellent breakfast. Definetly I will choose it again.

The hotel has some luxury details that will make a huge difference in your stay like coco mat mattress that will guarantee you a restful sleep They provide a full breakfast make with local products, they also have a standard option if you do not want to try new flavours The family is running the hotel for 37 years the hotel was fully renovated keeping the original charm and respecting the Metsovo style in the exterior and interior details Highly recommended!!
