We stayed here as a family for one night for a friend's wedding. It is a beautiful building with real character but sadly lacking in TLC. The staff were very welcoming and friendly but the rooms and communal areas are in dire need of renovation. We would return if renovated as the building is a real gem! The breakfast was...

This is a good hotel it has nice rooms and a good swimming pool. I like the fact that there is a family pup next to it and nice big rooms. The staff are lovely and it is a great place to be. I would visit again.

We have been visiting Fieldways every year on and off over the last 20 years for the overnight pamper package but the last three years we have had several 'niggles & disappointments'. After our visit this year (last weekend) we have decided to not return! There were 8 of us & on arrival we were shown to our rooms which...

Couldn't of asked for a friendlier welcoming and all the way through the stay. Fantastic friendly people and good rooms. So much feature in the building. Treatment I had was amazing (Thai foot massage) Sue was incredible and helped as much as she possibly could. Thanks you for making it such an incredible stay. Thank you x

I really loved my visit to Fieldways. The house is an incredible building and full of history. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Our room was quaint, warm, big and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities. Little bottles of treats in the bathroom (shame we didn't have a bath, only shower) were a nice touch. The...

This lovely historical building transformed into hotel is so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, especially Sue and Racheal. Excellent value for Money. The facilities including pool jaccuzi and sauna were well maintained and very clean. Nice clean room and on suite with good supply of beverages and BISCUITS. Wide choice on breakfast menu. Food was excellent....

We visited Fieldways and loved it. It was really cheap for a triple room, cooked breakfast was included as well. We made full use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi at no extra cost, and would thoroughly recommend it. It had real character, the staff were lovely. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely hotel but all a bit tired. Arrived after dark and the car park has no lighting so had to fumble our way through bushes to get to the front door. Receptionist though was very welcoming and informative. Good little gym and swimming pool but the ladies changing room was quite awful, in need of a serious make over, reminded...
