A lovely relaxing place to stay. Our host, Robin was helpful on the sights and places to visit. His breakfasts were magnificent, set you up and ready for lunch. We stayed in the Kingfisher suit, lovely views to the river and along the well kept gardens. Added greatly to the enjoyment of our short break in the Yorkshire Dales. thanks.

Beryl and particularly Robin are excellent hosts. Set on the banks of the River Wharfe, the presentation of their 17th Century B&B including the beautifully kept garden makes for a wonderfully engaging country experience. We spent 5 nights in the self contained annexe. The accommodation includes a bedroom, lounge/dining/ kitchenette and bathroom. It was roomy and comfortable, particularly the bed.... More

Thanks for the review and the positive comments. Our cooked breakfasts are normally served at 8:45 (9:00 on Sundays) and having one large table this gives guests a chance to talk to each other. Eating at the same time also means that the food is fresh when guests appear at the table. Earlier breakfasts are available on request though I... More

Just returned from a short break, which Robin very kindly accommodated at short notice. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this charming B&B. Ideally situated on the river, were your made to feel at home. We arrived just after lunch, and even though room wasn't quite ready, Robin and Beryl, took time out to... More

Lovely property and location. We stayed in the self catering Kingfisher Suite. Nice kitchen area and river views. The rooms in the main building were snug, but comfortable. Robin was a great host and very accommodating with cycle storage Its a 10 minute walk into town, but nice to be out of the hustle of Grassington. Cottage is circa 1650,... More
