I am sharing this review based on multiple stays experience, as I haven’t received any survey request.
The hotel location is very good away of the busy city center but close enough, with different available transportation means. (Tramway and taxi) The rooms are sparkling clean with comfortable beds and nice modern furniture reflecting the 5 stars hotels standards. One of the positive things is that the hotel’s facilities including the rooms and all the premises are still looking as brand new as they were at the hotel’s opening time. A big thank you to all the staff, all included, for theirs tremendous efforts to keep the hotel within this standard.
I personally want to thank the following people for their devotion, keenness and hard work (particularly during this pandemic period) to provide an excellent customer service exceeding a 5 stars service expectations.
Akli, Charaf, Mouhamed & Houssem were very professional, polite and helpful to make my stays as an unforgettable experience (I had the opportunity to be served by several times @ check-in and checkout)
Lotfi, Djassem and the concierge staff were omnipresent and ready to guide and support on everything and everywhere.
Rafik, Mohamed El hadi, Abir, Lynda & Ilyes are the best restaurant team you might ever meet. The way they are organized and synchronized to be able to keep an eye on every detail to serve you as a king.
Not to mention the security, housekeeping and management team for theirs efforts.
Even if the review is a bit long, it is worth it. This team, definitely deserves a recognition award.

If you miss the tiny hotel signs first time round you will be swept along a bypass for several kilometres before you can turn round. Then when you’re almost there you have to take the wrong direction up a hill and back to reach the gate. Luggage scanned we were looking forward to reaching our room when we were told our whisky would be confiscated for the duration of our stay. We couldn’t believe what we were hearing and were so upset at this unpleasant welcome that we threatened to stay elsewhere. We invested a lot of time and money getting to Constantine against most advice and had not expected to be humiliated and treated like a couple of criminals. Eventually the hotel backed down and when we left we gave the bottle to our guide as a present. Apart from this major fail the rest of the staff were really friendly. Breakfast is fabulous with everything you could want. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was insanely expensive - two linguini, one side, one bottle of wine more than 8,000. Spa lovely but pool far too hot to really enjoy swimming. A plug in the sink would make it easier for men to shave, the 2nd towel is too small to wrap up hair and bathrobes to use to reach the spa would be welcome.

I’m used stay to the hotel since its opening. I stayed here many times. This time, a friend of mine who was wearing a traditional outfit received few times embarrassing comments. One of the managers the night of the 13th gave him an elevator look, the security at the security screening made a bad joke. Firstly, these aren’t human values, second it is a local outfit and this a local culture that should be respected, that goes without saying. The room is cold, we asked a technician who was on our floor, who gladly accepted to take a look and said it’s now fixed but it wasn’t, it is winter time and it is a five stars that a night costs the minimum monthly salary in Algeria. I stayed there in November 2021 and forgot my charger and cable, I asked to check in the lost and found 3 times, to have the reception following up. It is a shame, once upon a time, this hotel was one of the bests in Algeria. Finally, only Ramy who works in the SPA knows what does a five-star service mean.

This hotel was great. The staff at the buffet was Amazing, Abderahman really went out of his way to make our experience great. My companion, who is a vegetarian, Abderhman made sure she had something @ every meal. Which proved hard in Algeria He was very good at his job, spoke with us and made us feel welcomed, as did all the of the staff at the hotel.

I cannot believe this hotel is a 5-star hotel. Based on its size perhaps?
Because nothing what I saw there would be considered a 5-star hotel. Everything, I mean, everything is outdated and I question how clean and maintained the rooms actually are.
The elevator system is confusing. Some of them don't even work. All the restaurants are closed except for the buffet. And WOW, the food was terrible and below standard. I was so surprised. The spa looked gross. I didn't even want to get services there because it didn't look clean and it smelled like sewer backup.
My room, has an old school A/C, which didn't even work. The shower was dirty and didn't drain, and did NOT have warm water!! Seriously? I've been in worst hotels that at least had warm water.
I'm disappointed in the Marriott. I stay at Mariotts a lot and this was by far the most disappointing. And to be rated a 5-star hotel is such a lie.

I have been in Marriott Constantine several times before. Indeed with the coming of Mr. KHAN the place is full of life and joy he really made it look like home, the restaurant and room service is unparalleled, Chakhchoukha is a must taste!! thanks to Mr. Tebbakh and his staff, all the personal is welcoming and genuinely smiling. No matter the weather, u will enjoy swimming as here there is In and Out door pools...Already looking forward to my next stay in Marriott Constantine.

I used to visit the hotel in a professional context, but this time I decided to bring my kids with me! Wonderful staff stating from gate to the reception, restaurant and room service quality and staff behaviour. I would like to highlight the top Engagement of Anis, Charaf and Issam without forgetting Akli and Nabil and others...you rock as one team. International class hotel, very comfortable. Staff helpful, friendly and quick. Enjoyed the stay — try the hammam! Buffet dinner and breakfast was excellent, only improvement would be the coffee, which was unfortunate, from a Nescafé machine. The cafe in the lobby had actual espresso.
