Almost one year ago my boyfriend and I had the most amazing time at the Yoi Ecolodge. We visited the amazon in "dry season" which saved us some mosquito bites. We would love to come back one time when the riverbanks are flooded and you can take a boat trip between the tree tops, but the travel was still worth...

We spent 5 nights at Yoi Ecolodge. We were very well guided by our young Colombian guide Antonia and by the local guide Rey. They are very professional. However, the lodges were dark, without electricity, the bathroom was dirty and the bed uncomfortable. The food conserved without frige was limit as in quantity as in quality. Our stomach were perturbed....

Hello, Thank you for your feed back. I regret that the lodge did not meet your expectations. We do state on our website that there is no electricity in the cabins. I apologize on behalf of the staff if you found the facilities not as clean as you would have liked. This is the first time we have had any...

Yoi EcoLodge gave us a wonderful Amazon experience. Our accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed, especially good mosquito nets. Our transport was organised and the meals prepared for us at the lodge were delicious, plentiful and interesting. Basilio our guide was informative and we loved his stories and myths of the rain forest. Jose our guide was great....

We recently retuned to Canada after our 5day package withYoi.It is a great organization. They picked us up from the plane in Leticia and took care of everything thereafter.be warned that this is not a vacation for the pampered boutique hotel crowd.Yoi shows you the true Amazon and you have to get dirty to do it!!! Antonia was a fantastic interpreter...

The organization was perfect. Also the food and accomodation were excellent. You can choose what you want to do out of different activities and each one we did was worth it. The guide is very good and as non spanish speakers you can ask for a translator.

This was our favorite spot, after spending three weeks in Amazonas. For anyone looking for a "wild" or true Amazon experience, this is the place. I think this is the most remote place I've ever been to (an amazing feeling). You're treated like family, given three big delicious meals a day, and given a private guide and translator. Everything is...

Yes, that's definitely good place to stay and feel the nature. It's very basic but everything is there (ie. very comfy bathrooms). There is no electricity but it's a part of fun. We spent there only two nights but seen a lot. There is only one big disadvantage (we did such tours in Borneo and Brazil). We had a great...

My husband and I (along with three friends) stayed at Yoi Ecolodge in July 2015 for five nights. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had. I still regularly think about our trip. We spend time hiking in the forest (night hikes were awesome!), boating on the Amazon river (as well as swimming in the river), fishing,...

We stayed at Yoi for 4 nights and 3 days. The experience was in many ways different but definitely even better than I could have imagined. Apart from a brief lapse in communication immediately before our arrival, everything was organised brilliantly and Yoi is a wonderful example for tourism that respects the environment and isn't just all about profit. The...

We stayed three nights at the Yoi Lodge which is located on Rio Amacayacu, a tributary of the mighty Amazon. We did day and night walks in the rain forest near the lodge, visited a monkey sanctuary (mosquitoes hotspot - wear double layers!) and the villages of Puerto Narino and San Martin, saw pink and grey dolphins (very successful), and...
