I can't explain how awesome a vacation could be, if you don't feel at home at the place you're at. We arrived in their resort by accident. Our previous accommodation was cancelled at the last minute and I was HANGRY (hungry & angry) when we finally got there. The staff, Jomelyn, welcomed us as we drove in and attended to... More

Puerto Princesa has always been second home to us. It was such a pleasant surprise to find out that Busuanga is so much different from Puerto. We were met by the warm and charming Melody at the airport for the 1 1/2 land travel (among rice fields, hills and mountains) to Cashew Grove. Tucked in a beautiful spot where no... More

We stayed there around one week and it is one of the most beautiful place in the Philippines we have visited so far. Excellent to chill-out, go diving (e.g. to see Dugongs or go to the Apo Reef), canoeing, walking, visiting the nearby fisher-village etc. etc. The cottages are build with local materials and lovely designed. The food is delicious... More

I was there with a group of friends for 3 nights and we had a great time. Beautiful huts in front of the beach, good food, friendly and helpful staff and a bar at the swimming pool. They also arrange boat trips to beautiful white sand, clear water beaches nearby where snorkling was amazing. Thanks Ian and Melody for your... More

Overall one of the best places we have stayed on our travels around Asia. Warm welcome, clean and fresh, gorgeous surroundings. The management is excellent and very accommodating to our needs. Big thumbs up!

when we first arrived at resort we were a little surprised at how far from the airport it was and the condition of the road, but after settling in decided it was worth the trip, our beach front air conditioned bungalow was reasonably comfortable, Ian and Melody were great hosts and all the staff were great ,the food and drinks... For me Cashew Grove pitches it just perfectly - no 5* plastic nonsense, just a stunningly beautiful location, a really comfortable, cool and clean beach cottage made from natural materials with a lovely open roof bathroom, a gloriously comfortable bed and a verandah to sit on and watch the turquoise sea in front of me. Really good food, even for... More

Approx. 2 Hours drive from Coron Bus Terminal. "Strangely the Error on Google Maps has them located 2km up the Hill from the Coron Bus terminal but they are actually located on a beach on the other side of the Island". English Owners. I give the location rating as average only due to the isolation of this accommodation. Once you... More

Thank you for taking the time to make a review of Cashew Grove Beach Resort and commenting that we have beautifully crafted beachfront huts and a cute swimming pool with wet bar and the food is very good, but am sorry you chose to award us a poor rating. We remember your visit very well because you made a late... More

We started our Palawan trip here and extended for an extra day, because we enjoyed it so much. We had been advised not to expect too much in the food department in the Philippines, but we were treated to some very good food and a couple of stand out dishes, in particular their homemade banana ice cream which was blended...
