Detailed Reviews
Stayed over a number of weeks to and fro for business and was impressed with the pleasant rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Working in conservation and good to hear Simon the restaurant manager discussing plastic and how Cambodia needs to recycle more. Shout out to him and all staff for being so friendly. Made staying here a pleasure and the pool is fantastic. Just choose a quiet time as locals are able to use it, which isn't an issue but it can get busy after school finishes.

This hotel is nice looking, first impressions alone I would've given them 5 stars. The bell boy collected my bags, the check in staff were polite. The rooms were simple, but only one elevator for a hotel that has quite a lot of guests. I can't comment on the sleep quality since I slept tight because I brought my own blankets and pillows from home. The food quality was rather bad. The dinner was lower than average quality, the breakfast is also rather bad. The wifi was slow, and they only gave us one room keycard, so I couldn't charge my phone and electronics while going out. Overall, this is already the no 1 hotel in pursat, but I'd rather stay in a better hotel in a different city.

Stayed one night. Paid $45 for a high floor large deluxe room , with balcony overlooking the river, plus free massage and use of sauna.
The hotel seems a relatively new build and so is in reasonable condition. There are the odd few quirks- dark wood to excess, dim lit bathroom - and so too with the service - no pool attendant/towels, some plastic cups floating in the water and used towels not cleared away. Lazy. Also breakfast was average at best.
But for the price, quality of room, views, general willingness of service and excellent pool by the river bank, this hotel is above average for provincial Cambodia and any reviewer who grades it poorly has led far too pampered a life and clearly does not grasp the concept of cultural relativism.

This is a large and lovely hotel in Pursat. It is located on the banks of the river with a great view. The pool is absolutely awesome and great for swimming, also great for little kids. The staff was super helpful and nice. The whole place was very clean and quite impressive. The morning breakfast was also great.

Want a great 4 star hotel for $20 USD. Then this is the hotel for you. Large rooms, large swimming pool and great food. I was their first guest even before they officially opened the hotel in 2014. I will return every year. Can't say enough about his hotel. Except the hotel staff have little English skills and the credit card machine rarely works. But cash is readily available. Give this hotel a try

+1
Pursat is a town with its very own charm.
The hotel is noisy due to the club at the back blasting music. There is a very nice pool behind and please do visit it!
As for breakfast, it is very disappointing due to limited selection of food and seats.
KM Hotel is probably the only hotel you can find in Pursat. It is very clean and rooms are big.
Very good for standards in Cambodia.

Well you get what you pay for really. It's the best in Pursat but that's as far as you get. And it's cheap.
We had rooms where the linens weren't changed prior to handing over the key to members of our group. Mold in the bathroom. Had to add for towels. Cleanliness seems to have been forgotten in training. Dirty plates outside doors. The buffet is not so good as the food gets cold quickly.
But for the price and the huge pool...I'll always stay here for there really are no other options

I have stayed here before, and no problems, This time, terrible. It is not so much the actual failing of my room/accommodation that was the problem, these things happen, but it was the absolute lack of any flexibility, unwillingness to negotiate a solution, rigidity which allowed no thought for the customer comfort and experience and all to do with un-bendable "policy" which places the hotel above fixing a problem for a guest, a problem which was the room I was initially given not being inhabitable. I have stayed in hotels and guest houses in every provincial capital in this country and many district towns. It is hard to remember when (or if) I have had hotel staff so inflexible in fixing a problem which was theirs to fix.

Being 4 hours away from Phnom Peng, this hotel probably exceeds my expectation. Our room was big although the phone did not work. Air condition was excellent which was essential in the hot weather. Room attendant sometimes forgot to replace the towels and we had to ask for it. The food was average. Lots of little flies in the room and therefore don't forget to bring insect repellent which was very effective.

Good value for money. The room costs USD 22.00 including breakfast! (The buffet breakfast is poor value for money, and is not western friendly, however the hotel has additional choices, for additional cost that make up for this shortcoming) The room is air-conditioned, spacious and most importantly - it's clean, the mattress and bedding are of really good quality. The hotel has a very nice pool and pool area! Compared to other hotels in Pursat this is by far the best hotel in town. The only issue I had in the past was that the shower in some rooms is badly built and the bathroom floods when one showers.
The restaurant has a good choice of food, but I did not find the meals great, however, the meals were always served with clean cutlery and plates, the food was always fresh and I have never been sick here, which is a great plus.
I have stayed at this hotel on at least 20 occasions and I have not been disappointed.
