Great room and facilities. Amazing meal only beaten by the most friendly and relaxed staff ever. Took time to listen whilst still providing quick efficient service. Will definitely be back. Breakfast provided was both varied and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome.

We went for Sunday lunch and were initially disappointed that they did not do a Sunday roast. However, I had seen the steak pie recommended and I chose this, it was lovely, lots of beautiful pastry, in a box shape, with tasty meat and sauce / gravy inside. We were seated overlooking the lovely gardens going down to the river,...

Went for dinner at the weekend, had turned up without booking and they were more than happy to accommodate us (party of 5). Service was quick and the waiter called Bruno was very helpful and polite. Food was just as good, all the plates were cleared. I had the smoked salmon and prawn to start which was really good, followed...
