Registered for check in at 11 am did not get a room until 5PM. About half the restaurants were closed throughout our entire 5 day stay. Gaming was terrible. Staff can not or will not discuss the use of the "Shuffle Master" All staff pretty much play ignorance when it comes to the use of the "computer" The staff should be open and honest about how the shuffle master effects the gaming experience.
We had a lovely stay even (if you don't gamble). The room was nice with a good design and the 11th floor was quiet . We enjoyed the complementary valet parking and the free water. Unfortunately a few of the restaurants were closed and they are making some changes to them but the restaurants that were open were very good We had great service from Busboy -Dennis on our arrival, great service from Amanda and Brandi in the Cedars Cafe for dinners and breakfast, and great service from Carly at the Bar in the High Stakes Slots. Our last night we went over budget and had dinner at Blackfish and it was excellent. We will be back. Can't wait to see the new restaurants.
just a short stay but very nice room and the Journey's restaurant was excellent. outside of the resort, a walk around the lit trees was quite enjoyable. lots and lots of lights on the trees, even a small skating covered skating area.
Hard to top this for a place to relax and enjoy quite time as well as gaming and great food. We have stayed at a number of casinos and this is one of the best, we have continued to visit. We enjoy staying here for the feeling of safety as well as the great time we always have.
it's always clean, the lobby is decorated beautifully and the staff are friendly. Great choices to eat and awesome casino, now that it's smoke free! Best part is walking distance to the outlet mall! I stay once a month and i love it.
The casino is well appointed and very clean. The games are great and its no smoking. The gaming staff is extremely friendly as well. I would recommend going on a weekday if you like to sit at your favorite table game. The weekend is super busy, but fun.
As usual we had a wonderful stay. Food, staff, gaming was terrific. Can’t wait to come back!!! The selection of slots is amazing. And when you visit I highly recommend the vegetarian pizza at Blazing Paddles.
The room size, the room accomodations and the decor, and the value is beyond and better than the Holiday Express and other hotels in the Marysville & Everett area. I highly recommend the Tulalip Hotel to everybody.
We went to Tulalip Resort to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything was perfect from the staff to the cleanliness, to the room, and a wide range of gaming options. The restaurants are reasonably priced and the food was high quality.
The hotel is beautiful. Checking in and out a breeze. All staff very friendly and courteous. The room we were in was a deluxe king it was very spacious with a couch and a desk small fridge and a beautiful huge bathroom and the showers are to die for. Water, coffee and tea all complimentary which is a nice gesture. We didn’t use the pool or any of the other amenities but they all looked very nice. The hotel is in a great area if you are looking for a shopping experience as well. Lots of shopping within walking distance or just a few mile drive. Of course you can also enjoy dining in the casino an Olive Garden a few feet away. Could be a couples getaway, a girls shopping weekend or a nice family vacation. As we were there in November the tress were all lit up in beautiful Christmas lights. It was stunning. And don’t forget to enjoy the casino while visiting. While we didn’t come out winners we still had a good time enjoying the smoke free environment. One other nice thing is that Angel in the Winds Casino is also only a short drive away. …
