We had the pleasure of spending a short vacation on our anniversary at the Manoah. Barbara Webster Bourne and her staff were absolutely amazing ! Despite dealing with all the requisite COVID restrictions they went out of their way to ensure our visit was perfect. David - the bartender/waiter/ go to guy was terrific. Of course the beach is spectacular, the suite impeccable but it was Barbara and her team that made it so special. Can't wait to go back this year !!!

Property's Favorite Review
This year, we decided to do a series of “staycations” during our extended stay in Anguilla. During previous stays, we had eaten in the beachfront restaurant but never stayed in the hotel. Of our five staycations, Manoah was without doubt, best value for dollar. We would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning. Manoah is right on Shoal Bay East, feet in the sand, the rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless, the pool is large, clean and surrounded by lovely tropical gardens, the lounge chairs are plentiful, the beach towels are thick and fluffy, and the restaurant is blessed with a new chef. The staff was always polite and helpful; the rack of lamb was cooked to perfection. Life does not get much better; sitting on the top floor of the Liz building enjoying an uninterrupted view of white, silky sand and turquoise water. Manoah is truly a hidden gem located on one of the Caribbean’s best beaches. Sincere thanks to Shanelle, David, Stacey and Shannon for a wonderful stay.

Room Tip: We preferred the Liz building as it is directly on the beach. Plenty of free parking.

We stayed 5 nights at Manoah. The hotel sits on beautiful Shoal Bay East. Their pool is large and enjoyable as it overlooks the beach. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing that kept this from a 5 rating was AC issues that caused us to have to move rooms. The included continental breakfast is limited ( fruit, toast, croissant, juice) but you can buy additional breakfast items. There are a few beach bars and restaurants on the same beach that you can walk to.

We have been visiting Anguilla for over 30 years and a few years ago began staying at The Manoah. The rooms are so spacious and well appointed. The beach lounges have CUSHIONS!!!! The staff is over the top wonderful. We stay in the LIZ building right on the ocean,,,,, The views are spectacular. The terraces are very large with fans, lounges and dining table with chairs. Two large TVs. After spending the day on the beach we then spend afternoons at the gorgeous pool. At least 2 afternoons while we were there they had live music which was great. A fabulous DJ one afternoon and ANDY (great voice) another afternoon. Music was very soothing not too loud! Also, The cost to stay at THE MANOAH is a great value compared to the larger resorts. Rent a car and go anywhere on the island for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend The Manoah!

Friends suggested we come here. We took direct United flight from Newark to St Maarten, then ferry to Anguilla. The covid testing and documentation requirements were challenging but worth it. Hotel helped with all the details such as ferry and taxis and made it seamless. The hotel is beautiful and perfect for us. Everyone is friendly. Beach is steps from all rooms and is spectacular. Pool is also great. Setting for meals and bar is picture perfect. Great beach to walk, with small beachfront restaurants along the way. Dining at hotel and elsewhere was generally very good. Occasional small hiccup with food. Nothing major. Overall a top notch resort. The apparently higher rated Zemi down the beach seemed more industrial and impersonal.

We just came back from our stay at Manoah and it exceeded our expectations. We prefer smaller boutique hotels and this property was the perfect size. The food was good, the staff friendly ( Dave , Chrystal, Stacey and everyone else who I cant remember their names), and the location was the nicest on the island. My wife asked about fresh coconut juice which they did not have but the chef ended up getting one from a tree on the property. We rented a car and went to Meads Bay and Rendezvous Bay and our Shoal Bay was our favorite. There are a couple of other restaurants on the beach for some variety. I highly recommend this property

Hotel is well managed. Service was outstanding. Beachfront room was spacious and spotless and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the waves roll in. Complementary continental breakfast was adequate. You can also order off the menu. Beach was beautiful.

Thank you Manoah, we had a wonderful stay. Suite was beautifully kept and had beautiful views, exactly what we had hoped. Grounds were also very well kept - lovely flowers and nicely maintained pool that hardly anyone ever used. (like nobody in 6 days did I see in the pool) We especially liked the spacing of the beach loungers/umbrellas, not too close to your neighbors. Will return!

I've stayed at the Manoah for 2 weeks and departed on Sunday. Saw the manager almost every morning at breakfast. What are you talking about no onsite management? Where were you residing? Manoah is by far nicer than Zemi. Life is not perfect, but its great at Manoah. Can't wait to return next year!

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but while visiting the beautiful white sand beach, wandered over to see if we could get a bite to eat. You bet we could: We were welcomed by the servers who even offered that we could even take a dip in the pool, use the rest rooms whenever w wanted and enjoy the scenery. This is truly a high class place
