Arrived near midnight but was met and was helped to our room with a warm welcome and a large bottle of water for our fridge. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. The rooms are huge, immaculate, modern and comfortable. Bathroom was stocked with personal items to use and included dressing gowns, slippers and a hairdryer. The back door to our room headed straight out onto the pool deck which at night is lit up. Having a coffee by the infinity pool when you wake is a must. There is a small poolside bar available during the day and early evening and many firms of seating including padded sun loungers, beanbags, teepee bed, egg chair and hammock.
Central Fira is in view up the hill and the hotel lay on 3 free shuttle busses a day to get there which is a bonus. There is a beach in walking distance in the opposite direction. On a night the room is cool and comfortable even without the AC and so peacefully quiet.
Breakfast was cooked and served to order so beautifully fresh. And staff were also able to arrange and book day trips on your behalf.
We highly recommend staying

Incredible! This was the best hotel we stayed in Greece and would recommend to everyone. You are a little bit out of the way, but the staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you (even call for a cab or order take out for you). The pool and views are outstanding, the rooms are so comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would stay no where else if I ever make it back to Santorini!

We loved our 3 night stay at Aliter suites. It’s a small, quiet and peaceful property with around a dozen rooms. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. There’s a good size pool with lounge chairs where I was able to swim laps daily because it luckily was never too crowded. They are about a 5-10 minute drive from the center of Fira and offer a free shuttle 3 times per day, otherwise you have to call a taxi, cost about $14 or rent a car. We wished they would run the shuttle more frequently, we would have been willing to pay a couple euros pooled together with other guests to have better availability to get into town and back. We had to use taxis a few times. They do offer complimentary breakfast made to order which was wonderful. They will also help you order take out if you arrive late as we did the first night. You can also arrange private or semi-private pick up to and from the airport which we did. Communication via email with hotel with excellent with prompt replies. Special shout out to Maria, excellent front desk staff. Maria was super helpful and friendly and patient answering many questions. We would return if we visited again.

We had the most amazing 4 nights at this hotel and were so sad to leave! The staff were incredible from arrival, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Apologies I can’t remember everyone’s names but Poppy, Zee and all the staff were just incredible. So friendly, accommodating and truly couldn’t so enough for you. Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy too. The bathroom was nice and modern, rainfall shower was lovely. Robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all toiletries being provided. Towels were big and fluffy and so were the pool towels. Our terrace area was huge and the jacuzzi was great to have there along with sun beds. Breakfast was included and made to order each day. You can choose what you like the night before and change it as you like. Everything from omelette to fruit, yoghurts, coffee, juices - all fabulous and cooked freshly for you. No other food was available for lunch as the hotel has just reopened but they had a great local takeaway that delivered lovely gyros to us for lunch (they take card and reception can help you place the order). Th bar offers a lot of drinks options and they served us by the pool most days (it was quiet so we just nipped down to reception when we needed anything and someone came up to us. The water was free, a large bottle in the room each day and by the pool too. We thought that was a nice touch as most places really rip you off for it. Other drinks as well were well priced like Pimms cocktails at 9€ (fira town start from about 14!) There is a free shuttle 3 times a day to get to fira which was really handy. You can get a taxi but it’s 10-15€ which is a bit mad for a 5 min drive. You could walk it but it’s not a great walk and may take 20-30 mins. Nowhere to walk to from the hotel really but that’s what we loved about it as it’s more remote which offers better privacy than the hotels in the towns. All staff worked so hard, they’re up early cleaning around the pool and making sure the walkways are swept too. The only notes for improvement we have is that more hooks would be useful to dry towels and a rack outside too. Also we booked a room for 3 which was shown as a double bed and double sofa bed but this was actually single sofa bed. Otherwise we really loved the place and would absolutely come back. For the service etc it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed in the world.

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so for Aliter Suites. The personal, friendly and kind service of the staff made us feel so special that they really do deserve a shout out. The desk is staffed 24 hours a day and the service never falters. When you arrive nothing is too much trouble, drinks are offered and any information you might need. It is only 15 minutes from the airport. Every evening they take your personalised breakfast order and you can arrange lifts and pick their brains about anything you like. The backroom staff are equally helpful and hard working: the place is spotless, rooms are deep cleaned daily, the pool is just like the photographs and everyone smiles when you walk past. It never seemed crowded or busy even though it was full when we were there in late June. The east side of the island has the black sandy beaches, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel: the beach café is quite chi-chi and the loungers cost but it isn't extortionate and it is pretty quiet. The west side of the island is the cliff side overlooking the caldera. Views are breath taking. We walked into Fira the capital every evening, it took about 25 minutes uphill but we could have had a free shuttle bus from the hotel if we had wanted it. We then walked home downhill at the end of the evening. Some parts of Santorini can be heaving with tourists and some are more traditional and peaceful. My daughter and I had the most wonderful balanced stay and would thoroughly recommend Aliter suites to anyone.

Aliter Suites is located in a very quiet place, which is appreciated after visiting Santorini (Fira and Oia are very crowded and that can be tiring). It only has a few rooms so you can really disconnect from the mass tourism and easily have the swimming pool for yourself. Our bedroom was very large and the bathroom was also very nice. The breakfast was also very good. However, we would recommend to rent a car because we thought the shuttle tabletime was not very convenient (going to Fira by walk is doable though).
The staff was very friendly and helpful, we would like to address a special thanks to Zili for her outstanding customer service, she is very attentive, empathic and also very friendly. She makes sure that you are having a good time in Santorini every time you see her. Her service was beyond what we could have expected.

The welcome within this hotel was unusual, Arriving at 3:30 p.m. at the hotel we see two young women take their cigarette poses when the taxi had previously contacted the hotel to receive our luggage. After this welcome we decided to go to our room, large, spacious but with air conditioning producing a hellish noise in the room. The receptionist therefore decides to call a repairman in order to repair this Air Conditioning, after putting a little hit on it, it goes again, okay it happens no problem. Then we decide to schedule our breakfast the next day at 10:30 am, at 10 am we are called telling us that there is too much to eat so we must remove products. Well, that's starting to do a lot. So we decide to go to breakfast and we are greeted by an unpleasant lady who does not say hello + brings our cold omelets with the little extra of seeing her smoking her cigarette in the kitchens sitting on the floor.
Finally apart from all these adventures for even "only" for 200€ per night, the rooms have non-blackout curtains what it does that we wake up with the sun (i.e. from 5:30 in the morning).
Happy awakening to all with the hens!

Superb structure just outside the chaos of the city center, large and comfortable rooms. Mine had a direct view of the swimming pool with sea view. Very courteous staff and always attentive to the cleanliness not only of the rooms, but also of all the common areas. (Pool and garden) Breakfast with quality raw materials served in a cool patio next to the reception. Shuttle to and from the center always punctual every day at the indicated times. Quiet beach a short distance from the hotel. A special mention to the two girls at the reception who assisted us in organizing the trip, even before arriving, with precise and punctual email responses to every question. They have always been courteous, smiling and patient in understanding every type of request. Definitely a structure to be recommended for the services offered and the quality-price ratio.

Wonderful stay at Aliter studios- would recommend this place if you’re coming to Santorini.
We are two adults travelling with a young teenager.
Aliter studios is close to Fira, but too far to walk in our opinion. We rented a car and had no problem finding parking during our visit. The parking at Aliter studios was free. Aliter studios offered a shuttle bus to Fira a few times per day.
We stayed in a sea view suite with jacuzzi on the balcony and direct access to the pool area from our bedroom. When we arrived the air conditioning in our bedroom didn’t work. They upgraded us, with no hesitation, to a better room.
The breakfast is a la carte- made up on your request with ex fresh fruits, omelette, croissants and more. We felt very well taken care of.
Aliter suites has Only a 12 suites, so the area is Nice and quiet. We never had a problem finding sunbeds at the pool. The pool was of Good size, and had a pool bar Next to it. There were Sun towels in the room. The room also had a water boiler, fridge, bathrobes and hair dryer.
On the premises there was a lot of olive trees and grapes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us advice on what to visit on the island.
Thanks for a great stay!

10/10, our stay is that great I’m still here right now typing this review. Wonderful staff, incredible suites, great location. Clean, high standard, helpful owners. I would recommend anyone to come here, 5 minute drive from the main town. The only thing I would advise people on when staying here, if you don’t rent a car you are a little distance from everywhere. We have not rented a car, we don’t feel lost without one but to get refreshments such as water and snacks you would need to make arrangements as part of your day. Nothing negative to say about this place. I would definitely stay again!

Hello! No the hotel is closer to the other side of the island. You can see the ocean on that side from it. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the caldera side or 5 minute shuttle ride.
Dear Chelsea ,
We would like to inform you that we have music by the pool !
We will be at your disposal should you need any further ,
Kind Regards,
Electra
Good Morning from Aliter Suites
We are located 1,6 km from Fira (capital of Santorini) walkable distance about 20 minutes. However we have a free shuttle service 3 times a day to Fira. Restaurants and the shopping center are there
you must take car or scooter, but the beach in santorini is not beautiful , you can take boat catamaran and have nice cruise until sunset , this is my advice
