Detailed Reviews
Stayed two nights with the family and when we checked in found the initial room allocated was smaller than we expected. However, Nino at the front office who checked us in, took the time to show us a few more room options before we settled in on a Suite on 4th floor. Excellent Spa facilities. Two pools, outdoor tennis courts and bikes including electric were available to explore the large gardens of the complex. The Hotel also on request arranges a buggy ride to their vineyard and winery close by. Two restaurants for Georgian and International cuisine and a nice library bar/bistro. The menus in international restaurant and library bistro could have been more extensive with more variety. Overall lovely place to relax and unwind. All interiors were done very elegantly and tastefully without bling. Will definitely visit again.

We spent a very nice weekend (Fri-Sun) in the hotel. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel team was very responsive to my wishes even before we arrived, communication was fast.
At this point also many thanks for the birthday surprise.
I had deliberately chosen a room in the standard category because it has a small terrace.
The service staff in all areas of the hotel is very active and attentive.
Breakfast can be enjoyed both in the restaurant and in the courtyard, on the large buffet probably everyone will find something to his taste. The only point that surprised me was that only filter coffee is included in the price. However, you can order other types of coffee for a fee. As a special egg dish, Eggs Benedict tasted very good to us, special egg dishes are included.
The appropriate spacing between tables is well chosen according to Covid. The staff also all wear masks, which can't be said for all the guests.
We very much liked the lounge area on the roof terrace, where we spent several hours each day.
Overall, it was a very nice stay that I can recommend to everyone. On the official Radisson page of the hotel should be changed the email, which is no longer active for a long time.

Staying at Radisson Collection Tsinandali was a wonderful experience! The hotel is very clean, beautiful and combines very well with the theme of the historic park. Staff was super helpful and well-trained. I will definitely stay again at the hotel. Thank you!
PS. Proposed improvement - I think it would be safer to install automatic hand sterilization dispensers, rather than the manual ones.

No bath robe on pool
Museum must be free for hotel guests

The service was not good and too expensive. The coffee machine was not working in my room we called reception but nobody came to fix it. The food was not good. At the beginning we were told that breakfast costs 25 GEL however the next day we found out that it only includes pastry and coffee. Actual breakfast was 70 GEL that is too expensive. The only thing I liked was outdoor pool and the location. The place is really beautiful.

On Friday it was my wife's birthday.
I made a surprise for her and we headed to Tsinandali and she didn't know about it.
For bookings I met on call Eka Lazariashvili and she was very helpful from the begging.
Right after I informed her that it was my wife's birthday and I wanted to make a stay/room memorable, she offered several options: To fill the room with balloons and flowers for my wife.
On top of this she arranged room upgrade, nicest champagne and birthday cake.
Once my wife opened the door she was chocked as everything looked brilliant and done with love!
During our stay we saw Eka very frequently and she was super attentive to us and other guests as well.
She arranged for us late check out also <3
Our stay at Tsinandali was great and it is linked with Eka's attitude towards us.
We will definitely come back during the summer <3

The Tsinandali Estate boasts 141 immaculately designed rooms, and has a landscape design strategy that is reminiscent of some of the #1 hotels in Tbilisi, and has a staff that destroy the competition at any neighboring establishment. As one example, when I spilt red wine all over my designer sweatshirt from NYC, Nina Mesropyan at the front desk immediately attended to my needs, and was able to remove all stains with the help of the cleaning department. I thought I was done for. I thought my sweatshirt was dust. But, no, Nina helped me through the trying time. For that, I will return to this hotel and stay there with my family as much as possible. Additionally, you HAVE to do wine tasting with Luka, he is a gem and will help you understand the complex differences between the old world styled and new world styled wines at Tsinandali Estate.

Great hotel, highly recommend it! The estate itself is a pure beauty, housing Alexander Chavchavadze's museum and one of the oldest wineries in Georgia, dating back to 19th century. The hotel is very nice and spacious. Hygiene well taken care off during pandemic. Beds are very comfortable. We had a superior room with enormous balcony. 2 brand new tennis courts are available free of charge. A very nice indoor swimming pool was also available. Food is great as well. All in all, highly recommend it!

Located in Tsinandali, this is a massive heritage property belonging to the erstwhile royal Chavchavadze family. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and has all amenities. It has 2 pools, spa, sauna, billiards and a library. There are 3 restaurants- European, Asian & local Georgian cuisine. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff was very courteous and prompt. We tried the Georgian and European restaurants and found both of them very good. Their room service menu is pretty good as well with Italian and vegetarian options.
The room has 2 options- with and without balcony. We chose without balcony as it was bigger in size. They have a small kids playground are as well.
They also have a wine cellar which houses Georgia’s first wine bottle. The facility provides a 10 lari ticket to visit Alexandra Chavchavadze museum - you can take a stroll through the vineyards, buy wine from the estate and visit the museum.
The location was pretty convenient as Sighnaghi was just an hour away.
We loved our stay here. One of the best resorts we have stayed in so far. Would highly recommend.

Breathtaking experience, unforgettable in many ways. This property has everything that a family wants for holiday. Swimming, badminton court, cycle with cycle track, many spots for taking pictures and above all hectares of land covered by pine trees and greenery. They have beautiful library and good collection of books. You can book session to gain knowledge on wine history as well do wine tasting. Best part is their spa whee u can take wine bath & soaked in wine massage with complimentary wine. Hotel has Georgian cuisine & Italian cuisine restaurants. Staff are extremely good and they go extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Needless to say, their rooms are extremely beautiful, take room balcony and choose the color of your room.
