We needed to stay at Stalheim hotel because there were no rooms available in Flam, but we are not sorry for a min. The view from this hotel is really breath taking, the hotel is old but beautifully reserved and creates a romantic atmosphere. There...More

Some of the local buses will make a regular stop at the hotel door. Send an email to the hotel - they might be able to help you and tell you the time of the day - yet even better: check the skyss.no website for the bus schedule or nor-way.no. If the bus does not stop at the hotel door at the desired time of the day, you can get off at StalheimKryss on E16 (your bus driver will know the stop) and the hotel staff will pick you up with your luggage (just email them ahead of time). If you have minimal luggage, you can make the walk to the hotel from Stalheimkryss in about 20 minutes on a paved road (beautiful scenery).
