We had a very nice holiday. The food was great with lots of variation. The service was amazing, especially Rodrigo Marquez and Sergio Bobis made our stay at your hotel very enjoyable. We are definitely coming back in the near future. Thanks
Great place to stay not far away from the beach bars and restaurants room was nice clean and fresh staff was friendly and helpful food was amazing we were half board and enjoyed it can recommend this place
I understand it's COVID-19, but why should we pay by card everytime we had a drink? Should not be at the end of evening or even our stay. Food, oh dear where do l begin, poor quality for five or four star establishment, not a lot of choice, yesterday I had cheese and bread for evening meal because I have shell fish allergy, It was excellent five years ago. Do not know why its changed that much. We always use the H10 group of hotels, for our holidays, not any more. Iam so sorry to write this but its the fact.
I hate to write a negative review and never do as I understand you get what you pay for. However this hotel is a 4 star adult only and I didnt expect large groups of youths everywhere! Apart from posing into their phones all say, they were up late banging doors and hogging all the sun loungers, not wearing masks and just plain rude! It may not be the hotels fault as this is Marbella after all, however i believe with some authority and some security at the pool, us older couples would feel safer. To put some perspective on this, you could constantly smell weed and my husband even witnessed a drug deal taking place! The hotel itself is very nice and amenities are excellent. Breakfast in the buffet room was good and we went to The Brasserie one evening and it was lovely too. Overall location and price and friendly staff i would normally rate a 4 for a hotel like this. To avoid the large groups of posers we went to the beach but unless you pay alot to get into a beach club you are tortured by beach sellers up and down asking you every 2 minutes. Also please be careful of scammers, 2 girls came up to us outside the hotel doing sign language and wanted a minimum donation of €20 each! We handed over €10 each before we realised they werent deaf..a few days later their employer/father was in our pool area with the same fake sponsorship forms! My husband and I were shouting at him to leave and I thought he was going to hit my husband and then continued to ask people for money. If we had a specific issue we would give the hotel a chance to put it right, but we would just recommend some security here. Its a shame we didnt enjoy our time in Marbella as it was so costly with all the extra covid testing, hopefully this will be done away with soon…
I have stayed he 4 times and every time really enjoyed it. It is close to the beach, shops, and the Marina. I only stayed Bed and breakfast, the breakfast was great lots to choose from. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. There was also enough beds around the pool too. I would recommend.
