Hi Lorenzo No response from you to Mel E review regarding the sups with missing fins and paddles in bad shape. We experienced this on our last visit November 2021. At one occasion our paddle fell apart while paddle boarding on the outside reef. Not very safe as you can imagine! The tape protecting the board rails was peeling off. We’ll be at Lily Beach again for our 6th visit this November. Will you have new proper paddle boarding equipment by then? It is, after all, advertised as part of the platinum plan so we expect decent equipment.
We had such an amazing time me and my husband do not want to leave, this place feels like heaven. The staff are so wonderful I’ve never met such friendly staff before at any other property were we stayed, always smiling and helpful. Amazing food everywere lily ma, vibes or aqua fresh and high quality, fresh juices every morning and huge selection at lily ma for breakfast, lunch and dinner we were not able to try everything. And not forgetting the wonderful SPA special yune they were so lovely so helpful I’m really going to miss them all so much there’s and there are so many other peoples name that I can’t remember but they’re all so lovely, The waiters at aqua everyone that works there was so lovely and I wish them all the best and I will definitely be coming again. Many thanks Lily for the wonderful stay.…
The Lily Beach Resort & Spa Maldives was amazing from the time we arrived, we were looked after by Shanu Ghai who booked our massages, restaurant experiences and advised how to best use our time, we found the food, service and resort to be sensational and the staff across the resort so friendly. The experience of staying in an overwater villa is one we will remember for ever and the way to do it, it’s just so special in the large villa and being able to go snorkeling from your deck, the resort is of an international standard and we looked the Tattinger Champagne available along with 80 wines by the glass as the little extra that was unexpected, the restaurants, Aqua, Tamarind and Lily Maa just amazing options, Shanu also booked us Teppanyaki and moonlight dinner at Les Turquoise D’Aqua. Overall the resort is great for couples families and people just wanting this unique experience- Perfection and we hope to get back there one day, Gerard & Kathy Melbourne Australia…
What a dream come true! Stayed for 5 nights in June in an overwater bungalow. This island lived up to my long-held expectation for a Maldivian holiday. The rooms were well-appointed, large, with indoor/outdoor bathing experience, spa and awesome little plunge pool set into the large deck. Villas were more private than I thought they'd be and being on the south side we had direct snorkelling right from our stairs. Fish life was abundant! Turtles, sharks, rays, and heaps of colourful reef fish. Food was mostly buffet at Lily Maa and absolutely fantastic. We ate grilled fish and delicious fish curries as well as a range of western foods. Great cheese and icecream selection also! Good cocktails and wine. Would like to see the SUPs fixed at the watersports (no fins, paddles put together incorrectly) but the other equipment seemed plentiful and fine. Quality snorkel equipment for the duration of your stay. We very much enjoyed the size of the resort, not too small, not too big. If you were like us a deliberating between Hideaway and Lily, you won't be disappointed with Lily!…
We stayed at Lily Beach for 10 days and absolurely loved it. The island and the whole resort are beautiful, very kind staff, great food and AMAZING diving. Special thanks to Lauri & Ed who showed us all the fantastic dive sites and made us feel safe all the time.
Stay was 14 nights. Fr9m the minute we arrived we knew we had made a good choice & a step up in class from previous islands we have been to. There was a bump (the Aqua (adult pool) had to be closed urgently due to an unforeseen mechanical issue. The adult pool was a reason for us booking this island), but the management were quick to address this and dealt with us quickly, positively and graciously. So, island is idyllic, luxurious and the house reef is amazing. Sharks, turtles, moray eels, rays ... you will see them all. Aqua restaurant (lunchtime) is outstanding, the Gazpacho is a must try. Ayesh and Sisera & the team are excellent hosts, regardless of the pool being closed. Tamarind restaurant was a particular highlight for dinner, where Soppe , our waiter, was superb (but we knew this because he covers Aqua, also, at Lunch) The main restaurant, Lily Maa, is very, very good. The chefs produce outstanding dishes, and the waiter service from Ibrahim just compliments the experience & their professionalism. I had a few massages at the spa (Tamara). You will struggle to find a better deep tissue or Balinese massage, thanks to Dewi and Netri. Finally all the Management, reception and backroom staff (house keeping etc) go the extra mile to keep you happy. Nothing is too much trouble, even though we observed the rudeness of some guests towards the staff. The staff smile and deal with anything thrown at them (literally, as a "crab" was lobbed one night from a large rowdy family in the Spirit bar !! 🤔) Would we come again? You bet we would. Loved it, it's been fantastic. Paddy & Sandra (Room 334)…
My partner & I stayed in a stunning Deluxe villa with a plunge pool overlooking the Indian Ocean. Even though we visited during wet season we had a week of dry weather and mostly blue skies. Food in Lily Ma was incredible. Sushi chef and fresh grill daily. Vishal was our amazing waiter each day we dined here. I did a beautiful Yoga and meditation class with Majia. She was so talented and her spiritual energy is wonderful. Great way to start the day. We got engaged 💍 on the lily beach swing! Was truly a trip of a lifetime. Highly recommend 💜
We stayed in lagoon villa 207 for a week at the start of April. Our arrival was approx 5.30 so just as sun was going down - amazing seaplane arrival and our first memories being that of the sharks rays and fish at the pontoon that evening! The accommodation was great for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children 15 and 11). Wonderful views as you would expect from the deck and as mentioned in previous reviews - only sunny in the morning so good shade in afternoon. If you want to sunbathe then it’s off to the beach in the afternoon! Snorkelling was amazing here. Sharks eagle rays fish of so many types it’s just amazing. Sadly didn’t see a turtle but snorkelling was hampered by my cut foot - more on that later! Snorkelling felt very safe for the kids and we saw so much. Mantas and whale sharks were encountered on our ocean adventure which was amazing. Dolphins swam past the restaurant on morning one! On the island the wildlife is great fun to watch - herons fruit bats birds lizards parrots etc etc - always something to watch and enjoy!! Food is wonderful at all times, and can’t forget our wonderful waiter solli! We were very well looked after and meal times were a real treat!! The beach on the watersports side of the island is beautiful and crystal clear water. Gently shelving and fab for swimming and kayaks etc! Beach bar wonderful for sunsets as well as the infinity pool area. Weather was fab whilst we were on holiday with some rains overnight and one day of windy and overcast but that’s fine - respite from the heat!! I unfortunately slipped down the stairs of the villa into the sea and had a nasty cut on my foot - wear nonslip socks on the way down was the way forwards for the rest of the family during our stay!! I would recommend this to anyone but maybe just clumsy me who slipped!! I was VERY well looked after by everyone including the lovely dr for dressing changes and medications - and I was golf buggied wherever I needed to go on resort! Thanks for your care!! Overall our holiday was everything we wanted and more. Thanks Lily beach!! We will be back one day with any luck!!…
Experienced a brown sugar scrub massage with my husband by Yuni and Ami and my skin has never felt more soft!!! Ami got every inch of my body- so don't be shy with her touching every inch of you! It was incredibly relaxing with the Balinese scents and sounds of the ocean underneath you.
