I've never been somewhere more beautiful. We couldn't fault any element of the service - it was all just perfect. The staff are friendly, warm and professional. The restaurant is expensive but the food is delicious. There are lots of healthy options as well and the menus are very varied. We highly recommend the seafood BBQ although a lot of...

My pregnant wife and I took a bit of a flyer with the weather as we heard it can be touch and go in August, but having travelled to many hotels on the equator before and only experienced short spells of rain, we decided to risk it. We weren't let down... The weather was fantastic even though 'out of season'....

Dear GeedogLondon, We are so happy that you have thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us and thank you for taking your time to write the lovely feedback. We have indeed been quite lucky with such a good weather in August with less rain than anticipated. We glad that our island, its spacious villa, attentive staff and services have provided you...

On our last day my wife asked me what my favourite part of the holiday was and I couldn't answer. Our villa over the water was fantastic and private, the food is outstanding (we ate too much), the poolside is a great place to relax, the spa is the best I've been to, the gym is great (and I could...

We arrived in a speedboat to this paradise island. Small, boutique style with hip and very beautiful rooms, restaurants and in a laidback atmosphere. The food was exquisite, the beaches heavenly, the staff very friendly. We miss our huts on the water!

Words are not enough. I went with some apprehension that there would be nothing to do and it would be boring. Far from it. The accomodation was wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful but not overpowering. The island was only 300m by 80m but the food, swimming, sea creatures, gym, hydrotherapy pool weer great. We were only there for a week...

We just ended our month long vacation with 5 nights in the Maldives at Cocoa Island. The only thing we wished for was more time here! The location, food and service were absolutely perfect. We can't wait to come back!

After reading some of the recent reviews on blissful Cocoa Island it's actually difficult not to fall into repetition, But truth to be told, you cannot but be enthusiastic about this truly special Maldives resort and its committed staff! Cocoa Island was our honeymoon destination. After a comfortable 45 min speedboat ride from Male airport we were greeted at the...

What my wife and I have always loved about Cocoa Island is its simplicity, albeit for a price. Yes, there is a host of hardworking individuals quietly doing their outmost to ensure that guests can walk barefoot in the rubbish-free sand without fear of treading on sharp objects, stroll beneath coconut palms without risk of concussion from a falling nut,...

If your idea of a perfect island holiday is breakfast in an underwater restaurant followed by a day of parasailing and jet skiing and topped off with dinner in a choice of glitzy restaurants with karaoke late into the evening ...... then Cocoa Island is definitely NOT the place for you amongst the many Maldives resorts. We spent twelve nights on Cocoa Island from 23rd of July 2012 for our honeymoon and we don't think we could have found anywhere better. Cocoa Island exceeded our expectations by some margin. We were met by friendly staff at Male airport and were then transported by speedboat to Cocoa Island. We stayed in a Dhoni Suite which was perfect...

Wrapped in white sandy beaches and clear turquoise waters, Cocoa Island is in close proximity to some of the best dive sites in the world.
