Extravagant! Marvelous! Worth every dime, cent, penny spent here!
From the courteous staff to the resourceful concierge to the charming maids, this place is better than everything I ever encountered. A place you must visit.

The hotel is run in an old-fashioned way based on satisfying guests every need. Attention to detail and strict discipline are the hallmark of service. Maitre d'hotel trains his staff to highest level of obedience and proactivity. The lobby boy must be singled out for his swift service.

This lovely hotel, which time has passed by, serves up gemutlichkeit from the beginning of your first ascent to your schuss
down the mountainside.

Everything about this hotel is magical, from the peach coloured carpeted corridors to the opulent lounge and dining room. Be forewarned, however, the vending machines in the lobby do not work, and smoking is still permitted in all rooms. Monsieur Jean, the concierge, knows first aid, and is quick to act in emergencies. Thermal baths on site, bathing caps required (supplied). Huge dining room, extensive menu, exquisite selection of wines and aperitifs. Elegant, old-fashioned elevator still has a man operating it. Strange that the place was almost empty, and the few guests whom I did see kept to themselves. Extremely quiet both times I have been here. The only bad thing about the place is the snow and the cold: it always seems to be winter here, probably because the hotel is located very high up in the mountains.

I found the suspension a bit loose for English roads and lack power for over taking. The the gearbox was smooth and fantastic lines proved a real head turner. The estate version was roomy and had character but the added weight made it sluggish. Avoid the automatic as it is well known to loose some reliability.

Perfectly located in the heart of Zubrowka. You will definitely experience all the comforts of home while having all the pleasures of being away. It is a must to enjoy at least a dinner at Zero Mustafa's table though it is pricey and you have to book months in advance. We advice every guest to discover true relaxation in the heart of nature and rejuvenating Zubrowkan Baths. We will celebrate our anniversaries at this amazing hotel upcoming years.
