We were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we walked through the door! The room were very clean and comfortable with a new bowl of fruit each day. The continental breakfast that was left in the fridge each day was basic and adequate. The pub closes early on Sunday afternoon so there was nowhere handy to eat. There... More

Stayed here for two nights as was close to a function we were attending. The rooms are compact but clean and tidy. Our room didn't have a bath (only shower), but that suited us. The "free breakfast" is actually in the room. There's fresh fruit, cereal, milk, yoghurt, pastries and tea and coffee. A perfect solution to what is essentially... More

Excellent annexe accommodation, very clean and modern. Fridge supplied with ample continental breakfast, fresh fruit in the room and no shortage of fresh milk, tea, coffee etc. Staff extremely helpful. Ample private parking. Sunday lunch quickly and well served by courteous staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Friendly old world pub in a delightful part of Kent, a County known to most Brits as the garden of England with fruit trees and country walks in abundance. Easy to get to and easy to park. Enjoyed the pub but dismayed at the B&B style. Small spartan but clean contemporary style rooms in a purpose built modern outbuilding in... More

Just perfect for what I needed. Separate from the bar, which looked LOVELY and the barman was very helpful indeed when he showed me to my dedicated car parking space and room. He said that I could quite easily take a glass of wine up to my room if I wanted to. But that would've hindered my studying for my... More

We stayed here as we were attending a function nearby. Even though we live 20 miles away, we have been to the pub before on several occasions as it is such a lovely place, the food is excellent and the staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The accommodation was the same. It is modern, clean and... More

The room was very clean tidy and functional. Felt really private as away from pub. Really nicely furnished and modern. Good shower. Breakfast is left in your fridge as they do not do breakfast in the pub, but with only 3 rooms I understand. Which meant it was a bit limited for the choice. But really great particularly if you... I stayed here for a night and thought the offering was great. Self contained room with breakfast included. Very comfortable bed. Room just big enough for my needs. Very reasonably priced. I'll be back.

Nice & comfy. Modern - rooms in converted barn at back of a pub :) Clean & neat. 5 min walk from East Malling train station, on a direct line from London Victoria. View on to car park!? (but quiet). Continental breakfast in fridge in room (missed my full cooked English!) Pleasant & helpful staff. Altogether comfortable but breakfast =... More

Good clean rooms. Decent shower. The idea of the continental breakfast waiting in the fridge in the room was excellent. Especially when you have eaten far too many full breakfasts over the years. A fresh supply of apples, bananas and oranges in the fruit bowl is a good touch. There is a curry house across the road if you don't fancy... More
