We originally made reservations for a private room through bookings.com and upon arrival we learnt that there had been a problem with our booking. They didn't receive ours on time and the room was no longer available. Instead they put us in a shared Dorm by ourselves. The Dorm itself was very nice, except it could have been more clean.... We found La Camorra after spending a day walking around and checking out all the hostels as did not like where we were (that hostel had 3 dogs that barked at night). La Camorra staff were very friendly and Flor speaks excellent english. The other 2 staff Martin & Gordon were friendly and hilarious. The hostel is 5 mins walk... More

This was a really nice hostel. The place was clean, the communal areas good, the kitchen well stocked and the location fine - not in the centre of things but only about 10 mins walk away and right next to a large supermarket, which is handy. The managers also speak good English and had good knowledge about walks in the... More

La Camorra Hostel is a great place in an amazing town. I stayed there for six days instead of the intended 2 days because it felt so much like home. Breakfast included home-made bread, cake and jam and was delicious. The rooms are really lovely, everything is made from wood. The staff wasn't only friendly and helpful but also really... More

Like I said, the staff are so helpful, even though they had a bit of trouble with english, very nice and friendly. The hostel itself (rooms and bathrooms) are lacking a bit of comfort and cleaning, but overall it was a nice stay

A wonderful and homely place, but La Camorra is not a place to hang around all day. It is great for people who like to do stuff in the day (or days such has going for some night to the great mountains nearby) and have a very pleasant time in the evening! I ended up being almost a permanent resident...having... More

I stayed almost 2 weeks in this hostel while I wasn't even supposed to stay in El Bolson. New managers Flo and Ariel gave me a warm welcome and I felt like home during my stay. Flo worked in the Tourism Office before so she knows almost everything about the area. I spent many evenings in the lobby because it's... More

Seriously. Looking back it was the best hostel I stayed in my whole 5 months in SA. The staff were really friendly and it was more like I was staying with friends rather than in a hostel. On New Years Eve the staff (all 3 of them) had a dinner where their families, friends of families and partners all came... More

We ended up staying 6 nights though we had booked for just 4. La Camorra is a small and very friendly hostel. The couple who work here are really helpful- gave us a lot of information about what treks we could do etc. We had a twin room (all rooms share bathrooms on the ground floor), which was small but... i loved it, there was lots of advice from the guys that work there and it had an excellentlocation in the countryside. Great if you like your trekking, a walk into town but you can see that in a day or 2 anyway. The real beauty of bolson is the market, and the hiking. Go all the way to the... More
