I had a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt Murano for nearly a week. Really good hotel and a nice addition to Murano, room was spacious and the bed was v comfortable. The water taxi to pick up and drop off guests from the airport was a real plus - making arriving and departure so much more convenient, taking the loaf off planning and logistics. The staff were very helpful and welcoming all around - at the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. Stan the sommerlier made the best cocktails and a real people-person, he is an asset for the hotel. Highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Murano when visiting Venice, water bus terminals are right in front of the hotel. Going to and from Venice takes about 40mins.

Been in Venice Before and stayed in the city Center which I would not do again! The location of Hyatt is much better and the design of the hotel is refreshing and modern much better than my last Visit to Venice! Their private Boat is super cool experience we were alone and it felt so special ! Like a celebrity hahaha ! 10 Min ride to center! Super cool interactions with the hotel team! Nothing is a problem and their breakfast is very good , I would say now in my Top 5 ! Definitely will be back!!! TIP FOR YOU; Don't Bother with central Location stay here! 1000% Worth it!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. They all went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable. Irene, at the front desk, is simply marvelous. Additionally, the rooms are clean and refreshing.

Great stay in a perfect location. Nice and quiet away from the main island. Food is brilliant and the staff are always there to help out. Big clean rooms with excellent facilities. Cannot fault the Hyatt and will be planning a return. Oh and don’t forget to book the airport shuttle for a real movie star experience.

I just came back from staying 2 nights in the Hyatt Murano with my family ( wife and 2 kids). We really enjoyed the space and how quiet everything felt in Murano. The airport shuttle made the whole difference during our stay. For the kids it was a very exciting way to reach the property and for the adults it just took the stress away from dealing with the bags. We found decent dinning options in the island. I would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Centric Murano Venice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our coffee bar was replenished, towels were folded and bed was made daily. Have no fear if you stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining and bar was great as well. Irene was an especially welcoming person. She talked to us in conversation and was helpful when we had questions.

Perfect stay from begging to the end. Very modern interior, our room was very nice and clean, comfy bed. Easy transfer to Venice thanks to boat taxi. The location is much better as it’s far away from busy Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and I hope we’ll return soon.

We had an amazing time at the Hyatt Centric Murano. I had been to Venice over a half dozen times, but never to Murano and the other islands (Burano, Torcello, etc.) About 6,000 local Murano Venetian residents make this location feel extra special with great restaurants, and one can hear the Venetian language (objectively/academically not a dialect). The hotel is located 20 minutes from central Venice on the vaporetto water bus, and it is super frequent. The hotel is located in a former glass warehouse, has character and atmosphere. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hallways are a little dark (intentional design decision), the on-site bars and restaurants are great. Dev, the bartender is great. We met a local 90 year old local named Elena who is a regular at the cafe lounge, and she even sang to us since she and her husband used to be gondoliers. I would definitely go back. …
