It was surprisingly close when I asked the train station staff. They simply point the grey building across the station, slight turn into an alley beside the gas station. The room was spacious and during morning time you may get surprised to see mount fuji from the window with such a clear view. The concierge was also very assisting and... More

This new hotel is near the railway and bus station. Mt. Fuji is in full view, weather permitting. The rooms are bigger than the usual hotel rooms in Japan. The bathroom is very small but functional as in all hotels and Ryokans. Remarkable are the toilets with a number of different gadgets, all electric. The breakfast is mainly Japanese Style... More

We stayed here for 1 night after going to Kawaguchiko the day before. It is a good priced hotel for this area, the staff were the efficient amount of friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not very large, but it was tasty and did it's job.

The hotel staff were inhospitable, especially for the price point of this hotel. Rooms were nice and clean - average. We did not have views of Fuji from our room, so I can't comment on that aspect. Location was not as convenient as I thought. I would have stayed closer to Kawaguchiko Station. I would not recommend this hotel given... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is about a 3 minute walk from the Mt. Fuji train station with plenty of signs pointing you in the direction to get there. I found the staff to be fine however I didn't get the warm, friendly feeling you receive from hotel staff normally in Japan. The rooms were large... More

The hotel it just 5 minutes away from the Fujisan Station and there are lots of sign to the hotel so you wont miss it. The view I got from the room is breathtaking. I can see mount Fuji and the FujiQ highland!!!!

This lovely hotel is situated near Fuji-San Station with 5 min. walk. Room is clean, comfortable and large for 3 people (triple room). Restaurants are also nearby and food courts are located at underground floor at Fuji-san Station. Small shops are good for shopping. Bus stops are at the same place. The most favorite thing of this hotel is you... More

This hotel was right next to Fujisan station. However, we drove there and parking was free. It would have been better if they had a ramp to the hotel entrance instead of just steps. Staff performance was satisfactory. The room was pretty spacious for a hotel in Japan. The hot water plate was annoying though. Would have preferred a normal... More

The hotel is very easy to find from Fujisan Station. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, with good views of Mt Fuji. We found it just right for our group of five people and would happily stay here again.

Not a good hotel to stay. Unless you are on tight budget. Breakfast 7am-9am too short time. Reception staff show black face most of the time during my stay. Not anything near Japanese friendliness and polite. TERRIBLE
