First don't expect very many of the staff to speak English. Google translator was our salvation. The hotel rooms we were 1st taken to were smoke smelly & when we asked why we weren't given non smoking rooms, we were told they were extra & that we could use air freshener to make the room smell clean. Anyone who doesn't...

Worth the price. Friendly staff. Some speak English. Enough free parking space. Nice rooms with balcony and seating. Free WiFi. Good choice for breakfast. Nice pool and at beach. In evening they arrange entertainment across the street at the foot court. Nice for families

This is a good resort with lots of potential. The main issue here is lack of proper management. Staff are courteous and helpful, but seems to lack of general direction and procedures to follow. English speakers are hard to find, they do offer Chinese and Korean support. The restaurant options (overpriced) on site are a big mess. the front desk...

I was very excited to visit Miyakojima after reading how great the beaches were here. Since my husband and I went during Golden Week most of the hotels and resorts were completely booked up so we were lucky to get a room here. The resort is pretty huge and the grounds are very nice. The staff was super nice and...

We stayed here at a reasonable price during spring holiday and we are happy with the service overall. The reception lady was very thorough to explain things in the resort on arrival. Breakfast was great and two restaurants are available on busy morning. You may need to wait to get in if you hit the busiest time. Activity desk can...

The rooms are ok, the whole area a little spread out but free shuttle buses are provided. I guess our problem with this hotel was we checked in at 5pm, everything opens for dinner at 6pm which isn't a problem. When we went downstairs and asked about the location of the steak restaurant at 6:05pm we were asked if we...

We enjoyed the location. The snorkeling was awesome. The staff was very helpful and friendly and there was always someone that could speak english to help us. We ordered the breakfast to be included and was glad we didn't pay 20.00 each for it. There was plenty to eat but it was of course geared toward Japanese taste. The room...

The hotel is located in a nice area, the room on the top floor in the Tower part is really worth choosing. Saying that there’s a beach next to the hotel would be an overinterpretation (especially since the island has such spots like Sunayama, Aragusuku or Yonaha), but there is some sand and an access to water. It’s a place...

Needed a quick getaway from Tokyo so found this hotel online and at $100 for a double including breakfast I decided to give it a try. The photos pretty much tell the story. This is one case where the hotel is even better than the photos. Nice rooms with balconies and ocean views. 10 seconds from a very quiet white...

The hotel is good for what you usually get in Japan. The room was clean and had a good size. We also had a mini kitchen with microwave and fridge. We had a nice balcony with the beach / sea view. The swimming pool is nice with kids pool. And the small beaches are nice and calm so you can...
