A great place to stay and a wonderful location. The rooms are big and modern. The staff are fantastic. My last trip here Cynthia was working and this time Tom was here. Both highly professional, helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my time here and will always stay at this hotel in the future if I am in Heist.

Very accommodating. Good value and nice. Nice enclosed glass breakfast room. With attentive breakfast person. Great central location to some small restaurants, chocolates, shops, etc. This is common for some European hotels, so..if you room does not have a screen...keep your window closed and/ drape closed to avoid an occasional mosquito entry. I have stayed here several times and will continue.... More

Could have been better judging from appearances and price, on the second day no hot water in the morning and poor internet connection . Very simple breakfast , room clean but cold no fridge or TV bathroom very clean. Overall calm and relaxed atmosphere

I stayed on here for 2 nights on business in December. The room was cozy and basic. Staff was very nice and friendly. Willing to go above and beyond. I arrived from the States early one morning, and the staff brought me coffee and biscuits to help me acclimate to the time change. Also assisted with taxis and train information.... More

Stayed her for one night due to work, arrived fairly late but the lady in reception was very accommodating and even reserved me a table at the local Italian, hotel very nice and modern, breakfast was lovely with plenty on offer, Reception booked me a taxi without fuss, Would stay again if needed without doubt.

Very cosy hotel in an old notary mansion. Large clear rooms, breakfast room with morning sun. In the center of the city with café's, brasseries and restaurants on walking distance. On sunday a large market in the adjacent streets. Parking & Wi-Fi.

First, there are many, many good things about the Villa Monte, the location, the breakfast room in a glass-enclosed back porch with plenty to eat, the great service from everyone, the lovely tile bathrooms, and if you're there on a Sunday, the great market that starts right at the hotel and goes for many blocks. However, there is one problem... More

Clean room on the back of the hotel. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for visiting events in the nearby Cultural Center/Concert hall, Zwaneberg. Surrounding area excellent for making cycling tours.

Good sized bedroom but sparse furnished and in need of decoration. Bar area most uninviting. The bar was poorly stocked and extremely expensive. A G&T worked out at close to E11. Sadly, the breakfast was no better with very little choice and most unappetizing. Altogether a poor experience which was totally overpriced..
