The price was low. The room was clean. The rooms are spacious. Be advised, This is not a hotel in any way shape or form. You get an apartment style room with lousy customer service. I stayed here for one night. I left my ring inside the room. My wife and I both know exactly where the ring was left. We left the room, and the ring magically disappeared. I have no idea why a staff member would steal a guests jewelry. The ring is not of high value or even aesthetically great but of high emotional value. When you stay anywhere, leaving belongings in a room can always be risky. In this instance I am fully aware of what type of resort this is. When I called customer service, they stated they searched the entire room and did not find the ring. I wouldn’t make a claim that the ring was stolen if I was not sure it was left in the room. Be advised.

i am down here for work 5 weeks i have stayed at provident its not to bad of a place more like condos... gets busy friday and saturday nights. the room is older carpet could use a shampoo the staff is very nice my bedding the 2nd time i hand my room cleaned had stains on it i called front desk and they switched them out right away. the pool area isnt like the pictures you see its a little more run down but still nice. my company has spent around $5,000 for the 35 days i have spent. its nice to have a full kitchen besides not having an oven. full fridge with microwave and cooktop I learned that people own these "condos" hotel rooms and they just take care of it. there is a washer and dryer in the rooms but its $250 extra to unlock the door and use them. thats the owners that put the cost in.. i have booked another 5 weeks before and after thanksgiving for work. the place is very safe gated but loud from the traffic even at night. Yes only security runs hotel at night so be prepared overall its a midrange hotel or condos..

I am currently staying at this sorry excuse of a “resort” for one night to celebrate my wedding anniversary. As my wife and I sat in the hot tub and turned the jets on, it immediately started spitting out a bunch of dirt and mildew. We immediately jumped out. I attempted to contact the front desk and received no answer. I then called the number on their website and was directed to the security guard who made an incident report and stated that there was no room service available nor anyone at the front desk who could help me. I then made my way to the front desk and was able to catch the same individual that checked me in outside, he told me the front desk was closed and that there was nobody that could help me, that they were unable to provide a new room, and to come back in the morning. He also reiterated that there was nobody who could even come look at the tub. Aside from this major issue, the bed sheets were stained with what appeared to be feces (we were fortunate enough to have those changed before the staff disappeared). The phones don’t work, so be prepared to use your cell phone should you need to contact anyone! Just make sure it is before 8pm, as the staff turn into ghosts after those hours. Only person left after that time is the security at the front... who will become overwhelmed with guest complaints and vehicles trying to get back into the property, which is apparently a nightly occurrence at this dump. DON’T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE, THEY ARE FAKE. I saw multiple people complaining in person, and the bad reviews on the internet all fall in line with mine. Due to the mold and mildew, I will contact the health department to file a complaint and hopefully have this place shut down. It is clear that minimal maintenance (if any at all) occurs in this place. Ownership is clearly milking the place for what they can as it is understaffed and the few people they have working here have no idea what hospitality means. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

. We were looking for a central place to stay in Miami. We found Provident Doral at the blue, so we booked it. When we open the door of our apartment we immediately loved it. Wow, was my first thought...how pretty and big! We had two separate bathrooms , a nice full kitchen and a big balcony and a huge bedroom with a big comfortable bed. Slept very well. The apartment was fully loaded. The service was impecable. My husband, our two labradors and I felt very comfortable and safe. It was a great experience. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. Adriana C.~

When you first walk in, it’s breath taking. Then as you settle in and actually get to look around, it’s disgusting. There’s ants crawling everywhere and they didn’t change the bedding. It’s hair balls and the floors are filthy. I immediately booked another hotel elsewhere. Hopefully I get my money back.
