Worse hotel ever! The pictures looks good and all but please do not stay there. I booked from July 6th -July 17th 2020 because I was getting surgery. I also called the hotel to make sure that they'll be able to accomodate based on the fact that I wouldn't be able to walk much or do anything too crazy. They gave me an "accessible" room that was very far from the from desk in building 5 second floor, no cart available to bring us to the front desk, the shower wasn't accessible. The room was DIRTY: stains on the carpets, mosquitoes in the room, no room service offered. The same night of my surgery I fainted 8 times and my mom called for a wheelchair at the front desk and the lady that works at the security office called Alexa is very rude and needs customer service training. She told me she couldn't help me. She said im alone and I can't go and get you a wheelchair. I had to crawl to the car and ended up having the ambulance come get me. I was losing excessive blood and my pulse was at 40. Im still in shock on her not wanting to help us when I couldn't even walk or anything. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at another hotel.

The hotel had all that we had hoped: close to business meetings, nice restaurant, nice staff. The only issue was that it felt like a place where the owners are trying NOT to spend money. The rooms were a little tired, the cleaning ladies, while nice, really didnt clean! There were the same popcorn pieces and same sparkles off someone's dress for all 3 days we were there! They either were not very thorough, or they have lousy vacuums! The dining room needed more staff, and while the food was good, service took forever! Spend more $$ please!! If you need a kitchen, and some extra space, the shabbiness should not be an issue. It's clean enough and quite spacious.

My (now) husband and I have been visiting this hotel for years. The first time, being in October of 2015 and the last time in February of this year. It’s safe to say that it has become our go to Miami hotel. The units are big and have all the necessary commodities. The beds are super comfortable and there are more than enough pillows (which to me is very important). What I personally like the most are the bathrooms. They are huge. The shower and the toilet part are separated by glass partitions and doors. There are two sinks in each bathroom. And the cherry on the cake is the TV and whirlpool in the bathroom. This hotel is very well situated, for it’s not in a busy area, but at the same time not far from good restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets and pharmacies. I would also like to add that the Director of Rooms, Antonio Avendaño, has provided my husband and I with an excellent service during our last stay, which left us feeling very satisfied. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a Miami stay or stopover.

One of the worst hotel I ever seen in my life, the rooms are very dirty as you will see in the pictures, spider nets everywhere, the carpet is very nusty, and the room surfaces were sticky. the restaurant is something embarrassing, the waiting time is crazy, never less the one hour, and the price are out of no 60 $, I will post a receipt, I will never go again to the provident hotel and I will never suggest it. I spent in the hotel two weeks 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great location, really pleasant and clean room, but the things that makes this a good such place to stay is the Staff. All the people are incredible helpful and generous with their time and advice.Mr.Otis and Juan are fully exceeding my expectations in being always super gentle and helpful . They always recognize me and escorting me to my building that is far away from the reception with a electric cart. Thank you to the both. Vincenzo Miele
