Detailed Reviews
Relaxing by the river Seine's edge with son, partner and grandson's 1yr & 13 in the evenings watching boats / barges going by was entertaining and oh so relaxing!!
The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Our pitch was still occupied by it's current tenants when we arrived, and were nowhere to be found! This wasn't a fault of the owners and we quite happily took the pitch on the other side of our son when it was offered. It worked to our advantage as the river view was so much better!!
Bouncy castles, outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool kept both children entertained. The bar area kept my husband and son entertained!! They served local beer on draught and the snacks and pizza was very tasty!
There was also a very tempting cocktail list with both alcohol and non alcoholic cocktails much to my grandsons delight!
My grandson and I cycled around the site on a number of evenings just to cool down! We were in the midst of the current heatwave that had engulfed us all so the rain that came two days before our departure was so welcome!!
Showers and toilets were clean and with the current situation with Covid19 there was hand sanitiser and hand wash available.
The small village of Petite Andleys was approx 15 min walk along by the river which was also a safe cycle route - 15 minute walk from the village took us to a small hypermarket, patisserie and pharmacy.
The site was well maintained and clean .

We stopped at Camping I'lle des trois rois for 2 nights whilst travelling through France in a motorhome. Contrary to previous comments we thought the campsite site facilities were really good. Compared to the other sites we had stayed on prior to this we thought the pitches were big, the shower and toilet facilities clean and the reception staff polite and helpful. However, the bar/ restaurant is a different matter. The wait to be served was too much for some and were seen to leave in disgust. We stuck it out as there aren't too many places to visit in the town but wished we hadn't. The food that eventually turned up was bland and expensive for what it was. The delay for everything became apparent when, fed up of waiting g to pay the bill, I went inside to find the staff behind a door vaping and texting on their
phones. Such a shame nice campsite rubbish restaurant.

Had a lovely stay at Camping I'lle des Trois Rois. A friendly welcome and easy to find pitch with a river view as booked. (Worth paying the extra). Pitches are spacious and also separated with hedges so feels like you have a bit of privacy. It's a big site but there's plenty of facilities so we didn't have to wait or queue. Had a few drinks in the bar and a pizza from the restaurant one evening which was great. Don't like commenting on grubby toilet blocks as it's down to dirty customers more than staff, but they could have been cleaned a bit more often as the site was busy. Other than that a perfect stay and highly recommend. Nearby Petits Andelys has a few restaurants to choose from and it's worth walking up to Chateau Gaillard.

Hello, Thank you for choosing our campsite for your holidays in Normandy, we are pleased to know that you were fully satisfied with your pitch and your stay! Indeed, the region is magnificent and full of emblematic historical sites to visit: Claude Monet's garden in Giverny, Les Andelys, the castle of Gaillon or the old mill of Vernon! Unfortunately, we are confronted with more and more frequent incivilities on the part of sanitary users, usually in the absence of staff, and these discredit the efficiency of our teams. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you will renew your stay to enjoy once again the wonderful Château Gaillard and the other emblematic sites of Normandy nearby. See you soon, The Management

Great friendly site, large pitches, good mixed facilities, red hot showers, wonderful wildlife. This riverside site is a great base to explore Southern Normandy, Paris is an hours train ride away at a cost of €18 return from Gaillon Aubevoy to Paris St Lazare. Versailles is an hours drive and well worth a visit, as is Monets water Gardens at Giverny, that's only 20 mins away. The site itself is 2hrs 40min from Calais. There is an Aldi and Lidl as well as an Intermarche 10 mins drive away in Aubevoy, turn right out of campsite it's about 4 miles down the main road. We really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely return.

The site is next to the river and a short walk to small town. Pitches are a good size. Sanitary blocks in good condition however hot water was in short supply in the block I used. Very limited restaurant menu so it you don’t like pizza or burgers you are out of luck. Croissants were the most expensive and worst we had during our entire trip! Pool not open until 11, the same time you need to vacate which was disappointing. You need a pass to return from the village after 10. We were unable to get one as reception was closed even though it was within the advertised opening hours.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience, although we regret that it was not entirely to your liking. We strive to offer you the best possible experience and to help you enjoy all the charm that our beautiful Normandy region has to offer. Our team is sincerely sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the water temperature in our sanitary facilities. Did you have the opportunity to let us know ? Please be assured that we will be there for you throughout your stay to take care of your every need. We're also confused by your comment about our restaurant menu. We offer a rather traditional cuisine with, for example, the famous hot Normandy camembert and grilled meats such as entrecote. We also have a great pizza menu, with a good fifteen different recipes ! However, we're pleased to see that you've appreciated our establishment's privileged location, allowing you to stroll along the banks of the Seine. We sincerely hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you again and offer you a stay that fully meets your expectations. The team of the Flower Camping de l'Ile des Trois Rois***

Here is a little bit of feedback on Camping l'île des trois rois, it’s about 2 hours drive with the caravan from dieppe in a quaint little town called Les Andelys.
Nice sized pitches and we had a lovely pitch that overlooked a creek full of wildlife, I saw water snakes a couple of otters, coipú ?
On the other side of the campsite you have the river sienne lots of working boats on there but we saw the Viking Kara, a river cruise that moored in the town that is famous for the chateaux Gallard a castle built by Richard the lion heart. From the campsite you can stroll along the river bank towards the town and up to the castle ruins. We had a lovely brunch one day in a small little cafe in the town and took ourselves up to the castle for some stunning views.
Now for the campsite review, it has a couple of smallish pools one with a jakussi and a hydro waterfall or whatever it is called, the restaurant is family run and the family are very nice and helpful, the showers and facilities were very good and well looked after and there is a play park with a bouncy castle for the kids.

WOW what a stay, location, surroundings, and the site was perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer. The pitched are huge and private by bushes around three side. The toilets and shower blocks are very clean. Swimming pools indoor and out are great and heated. The village is 5 mins walk and the town 25 mins walk and hold a number of bars coffee shops and restaurants. You could not ask for more. I would definitely come back and have already sent great reviews to friends.

Lovely setting and pretty village with good amenities close by, we had a lovely walk into the village and up to the castle then back along the Riverside.
It's only 30 mins drive to Giverny for Monet's house and garden which was one of our main destinations in the area.
We paid for a privilege pitch and were looking forward to a river view but because of a hedge along the back of the pitch we only had a river view if sat in our campervan so we were higher up. Once we could see the river we did enjoy watching barges, river cruises and big families of Swans go past. It was very relaxing.
Sat outside however we could just see hedges. Given that the picture advertising these pitches shows an unobstructed river view this was very disappointing.
Pool was great and very clean but would have been nice if it opened earlier than 11am. Showers and toilets were clean and plentiful. Toilet paper often running out into he dispensers unfortunately. Showers the push button type and water was nice and hot but each button push only lasted about 10 seconds, also the water pressure was very poor if any more than 2 people showering at the same time.
Spacious dishwasher area but with no hot water which was irritating.
I would stay here again but not sure if I would pay for a privilege pitch.

This campsite has a seriously great location and Les Andelys is a fantastic place for a day or two. I haven’t given it 5 stars as 1) the showers are dangerously hot to start with for a minute or two, do not let children anywhere near them until they have cooled to normal shower temperatures (there are no warnings) 2) the grass on the pitch was way too long and it looked tatty. 3) we paid for a riverside pitch but we had a tree in the way so largely pointless 4) we weren’t asked about the breads for the morning so gutted we missed out on our croissants. On the plus side easy check in with the receptionist speaking good English and great view of the castle.

Beautiful campsite in a beautiful location
Plenty of clean facilities with no extra charge for hairdryer or showers
Showers were wonderfully warm and clean
I also made good use of the two swimming pools.
Lovely walks and cycle paths to the prettiest French villages.
The camping pitch was on the riverbank surrounded by trees and was so very peaceful.
Totally recommend this as a place to stay
