This is a great hotel to visit with lovely view over the green mountain behind it. The breakfast terrace is outstanding with a great selection of continental breakfast as well as local delicates to enjoy. You do not need to be the hotel guest to enjoy the breakfast. Warmly recommended. What a lovely breeze from the mountain please your hair.

it is located between lahijan city and langroud city in the layalestan valley near to tea farms with the best perspective of tea farms in the north in gilan province the north of IRAN near to Caspian sea that have good rooms and persian foods .

this hotel is opened recently an d is one of the best hotels in north of Iran. the location is good and is very close to Lahijan. the view is fantastic and you will enjoy its great restaurant and coffee shop.

I have stayed one night in Respina hotel one of the best in Iran, there was something out of order in this hotel which can be dinied in compare with facilities and room's quality. I would like to tanks receiption and all staff of hotel who are politly and immediately respond to guest's requirement. It was amazing experience and I would suggest to experience same in this hotel.

It was soooooo dirty hotel even you can rate it as 1 star hotel. The washroom was yellow from the dirtiness also the sofa was burned with ash. The mattress was dirty and you could find hair inside. Every was dusty ... i never ever recommend this hotel. We gave our feedback to the reception staffs but they didnt care.

Best hotel ever in whole of Gilan province.staffs was polite and kind. clean room with a wonderful view of the tea farm and forest.great breakfast buffet. Our room was very close to the forest and mountain. there was a pool in this hotel but I didn’t have time to use it. It was a little expensive.

The hotel was clean. The behavior of the hotel staff was also good. The hotel had a very good view The hotel restaurant was also good. I was satisfied in general and I recommend this hotel to those who decide to travel to the north of Iran.

Everything was good,the best thing is the view of the hotel,our room was clean and big.There is a cafe at the back of the lobby in the yard it’s perfect for spending time at night.Food and breakfast are good.

We were visiting Shomaal in our January 2018 trip, I made a mistake if staying there. First of all, there are a couple of ladies at the front desk that are Rude with so lose attitude! Also a guy that had glass which was the same. Second, this place has no Lobby at all! It is like walking into a motel! We stayed 3 nights and it was our worst experience for my family! I would leave for a better place and would not go back again! Avoid this place. Thanks for reading!

The New and modern building was opened 2 years ago. Staff are kind but undergraduated !!! Especially in restaurant.Wifi was not good in our room 408.breakfast was acceptable .tea garden and jungle view on the south of hotel was excellent.
