We stayed at the hotel for one night only (two adults and two kids). The room was clean and the breakfast was good. our limited interaction with staff was friendly. The hotel is a good stop if you are on the road as it is close to Tehran_Isfahan highway.

The Negarestan Hotel is a newly built hotel with extremely comfortable and clean rooms and facilities. As Kashan is the ideal stopover between Tehran and Isfahan, it was a welcome surprise to find a hotel of this standard with professional staff. The hotel is a short walk to the Fin Gardens but a short drive to the town centre.

The room was very spacious but rather uncomfortable. Sleep quality was poor in part because the bed was very firm but also because of the quirky plumbing. A lot of money has been spent on the reception area.

The Negarestan Hotel was a welcome change from the Laleh hotel in Tehran as it is an up to date, modern, comfortable hotel. The room was well appointed but did suffer from too high a heat setting which couldn't be turned down as it was winter and about 9C outside but the in-room temperature was exceeding 28C so had to keep window open to try and cool off which did allow noise intrusion, especially after midnight when many vehicles and people seems to crowd the streets. Breakfast and dinner here were good and tasty. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We reached this hotel after a long drive from Esfahan, and felt revived upon seeing the lobby, which is large and tastefully decorated (the hotel looks especially beautiful at night, with its glass panels). The rooms are likewise well-sized, with a minimalistic touch, and look very new. Altogether a pleasant stay!

Nice hotel. Newly built place close by most exciting and oldest sits in Kashan. All the staff were nice and helpful and very polite. Food was great and breakfast was included. Hotel has a coffee shop with few pool tables. Hotels shop had very attractive gift ideas and prices were right too. Hotel rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We had two rooms one with three beds and ours with one king bed both rooms were great. View of the town was a nice bonus. Good number of restaurants and coffee shops were near by. Kashan is very beautiful town built around one of the oldest cities in the world. Highly recommended it.

It is curious that this relatively new hotel is in so bad shape. Lobby is nice and when clean is a good place to be. There is a store and some small shopping facilities. Location for the hotel seems relatively bad as there is not much around, but it is close to the highway and Fin gardens.
Check in was friendly and fast. Nobody helped us with our luggage, but was okay, however for people with a lot of bags can be inconvenient.
Rooms are small with contemporary décor, however in a very bad shape. Bathroom was relatively clean, but the rest of the room was not. Also, it was very hot and air conditioner did not work properly. We tried to do a phone call, but only could be done in reception. After not being able to do that at night, the following morning the service was not available, at least that was another receptionist said. Not as friendly as the first one.
We had problems with water pressure. It was really awful. We would not get water when opening the faucet or the shower, and suddenly a blast of liquid would come. Then nothing again except strange noises from the pipes.
Breakfast was average, nothing to remember but eatable. Internet did not work well in the room.
At check out, we waited too long for getting our passports back. Obviously someone went to check the room and that we left all valuable non-souvenir amenities. But it seemed everyone was checking out at the same time, and only one person was going to the rooms.
There seem to be nice places in Kashan to stay. It’s a place is not worth staying.

I was booked in this modern hotel by the travel agent who organized my tour through Iran. The room was large and the bed comfortable but there was some problem with the plumbing such that the floor of the bathroom was permanently wet. That is a real achievement in this arid climate. My other complaint is that it is well removed from historic center town. So there is nothing to do in the immediate area once the Fin Garden and Sialk archaeological sites close.
