I stayed one night at this hotel. This hotel is located near to Fin Garden and is far from historical houses of kashan, it is a good 3 star hotel but the worst thing is its elevator. It has a small elevator for 6 floors so it is too crowded when you are going for breakfast at the morning!

I stayed at the Amir Kabir Hotel in Kashan, Iran, in July 2017.
The quality of the hotel was fine, staff was nice, spoke a bit of English and provided cold bottled water, rooms were clean and had all the needed facilities including free wifi. Breakfast was also fine, with the usual tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, toast, and some other local foods. The only negative thing about the hotel was the location. It is located a bit far from the city center, so if you stay at the hotel and do not have a car, you will probably have to ask the staff to call you a taxi when going out to see the sights of the city.
Price was ok too, I payed 1.170.000 rials (approx. 36 usd) for one night in a single room. I will most likely not come back to Kashan, as the sights of the city are limited compared to other cities, but I still recommend Amir Kabir Hotel to anyone visiting.

Close to the fin garden but far from dien town. Several renovations are ongoing but this old hotel is still very poor. Please look at the photos which explain the actual situation. Indeed I was in a totally renovated floor and room but everything was very poor. The quality and price ratio is definitely not justified... I don't recommend it at all

I had expected a much worse hotel from reading other reviews and descriptions. The hotel has had a makeover, a bit of paint here and there, and geneally looks pretty good. Usual niggles about bathroom fittings etc, but you can't expect luxury everywhere. This was very acceptable, very clean etc. The A/C wasn't working in the room we were given, so the room was changed quickly and without demur.

Rooms sparsely furnished. AC not working properly.

Fire escape routes practically nonexistent, or at least I didn't see any. One main staircase and that's it!

Breakfast: adequate and rudimentary.

Helpful staff.

A part of the hotel is brand new but there is still an old part that will be remodeled soon. I stayed in a room in the old part and the bathroom needed a change. On the other hand the receptionists of this hotel were very kind to me and I liked a lot the breakfast, it was tasty and complete. The hotel is half way between the city center and the Fin Garden. A taxi to the center costs 80.000 rials (2€) and the Fin Garden is a 15min walk. The center was so chaotic with cars and noise everywhere that I didn't mind to stay a bit separated from it. WiFi & television worked well.
