Drove to Vaxholm from Stockholm during November. The highway was great but day was so so (understandable during winter). This place could be great escape during summer. On our way back, we took alternate path through a town and narrow but quiet road, which was very pleasant.

My friend & I stayed in Vaxholm for 4 nights in September 2014 as we were in Stockholm for my son's wedding. I have nothing but praise for this B&B. I stayed for one night at Vaxholm Bed and breakfast in May 2014. The house is located a few minutes away from the ferry pier by foot. The two apartments are located in the ground floor of the family house. Linda, the owner, gave us a friendly welcome. The apartment #1 had a bedroom with double bed and small sofa.... More

We spent a winter weekend at Vaxholms B&B and it was well worth it! The B&B is a lovely house 5 minutes from the city centre.
