I stayed here for 1 night during a business trip. The hotel had a very cosy atmosphere with eye for detail. The room was spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small. I also liked the little balcony to get some fresh air. Breakfast offered a lot of choice. If I would come back when the park is open, I... More

We had a workshop in the Ling Baos meeting room. Rooms are well equipped and spacey enough for the business traveler. Hotel book level was low since Phantasialand was closed and therefore everywhere was space and service Ressource. The restaurants are both described in separate ratings. It is rather warm in the hotel most everywhere, giving a feeling of tropical... More

The Hotel has a very Chinese feeling to it. Apart from having some difficulty in finding my accommodation and some difficulty in paring my car everything was to my satisfaction. It was some years ago that I stayed there but as far as I remember everything was basically perfect. The breakfast was sumptuous and perfect. Would recommend the Hotel anytime.

We are from the UK and are driving through France and Germany and this hotel (along with Phantasialand) was one of our stops. Hotel looks grand from the outside, very well themed throughout. On check in we were given fast pass tickets for the theme park for each night in the hotel per guest- a great surprise. Not only did... More

We stayed in one of the suites in this hotel , having lived in China for 10 years made us really picky when talking about Chinese restaurants, architecture ,decoration ,spas. This hotel was made with amazing good taste and presition of what China is. Every little detail was taken into consideration, the gardens are so relaxing ,beautiful . The rooms... More

We always booked at the neighbouring hotel Matamba when visiting Phantasialand, and were a bit disappointed when we noticed matamba was full last time we wanted to visit the park. So we ended up in Ling Bao, which really did surpass our expectations on all grounds. The rooms are very spacious, we loved breakfast and had a great meal there... More

Stayed in September for two nights and the hotel has some great theming and gives you the wow factor! Check in was quick and easy and the quick passes and special wristbands to ride the two new rides after closing was a surprise. Our room was a family room overlooking the pool area and was very clean. Handy having the... More

Have stayed here many times- at least 9- and have never written a review. As I lay by the pool last week during our recent stay I thought I must! This hotel is just beautiful. Comfortable rooms- in Chinese style. The breakfast is excellent and we really enjoy the evening buffet- though I feel that the standard and variety of... More

We booked a special package (1 night in the hotel, plus two days Phantasialand) and we enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are big (one double bed, plus two bunk beds) and nicely decorated as well as clean. It was a very hot day and we were happy to find an AC in our room, so we could sleep... More
