1. Rooms were neat and clean. 2. They dont have attached restaurant. They bring food form outside, if one orders. 3. They had provided breakfast buffet which included poha, bread and butter, omlette. Along with it tea/coffee was also provided. 4. TV kept in the room is CRT (old one) 5. Bathroom door lock was very tight to open.

This is a good, clean and no frills hotel. It has a good garden sit-out amidst greenery. Though it doesn't have a functioning restaurant, it offers a very decent delivery menu from a eatery called Swagat nearby. Breakfast is available at the hotels kitchen. It is recommended that people desirous of visiting book the property online since they don't have...

It's a kind of small resort with homely feeling. The owner has maintained a big garden at the steps of the hill, which provides additional charm and tranquility. The rooms are good, clean. Toilets are also clean with running hot and cold water. They don't have dining facility. However, the owner prepares the food, if informed well in advance. We...

I was looking for a clean place to stay in Mount Abu that would not be a closed box with windows that are sealed shut and carpets that look clean but are not. So I settled for Rising Sun Retreat that promised a garden. We found ourselves in rooms that overlooked absolutely beautiful gardens with all kinds of plants. There...

Stayed for two nights, the place is for nature lovers, purpose of my visit was birding, the owner himself took us on a trek for birding. He is not a birder but knows the area like the back of his hand. Rooms are average, first he gave us a room which was small and was stinky because of moisture or...

Stay at this place only if you don't have better options. Although the food was food, The hotel does not have a restaurant and we were served food in the garden area. It was freezing outside with temperature around 5DegC. The staff weren't very courteous while talking to guests.

Our main purpose for visiting Mt. Abu was birding and there could have been no better place to stay than Rising Sun Retreat. The property is right in front of one of the best hiking/birding trails that Mt Abu has to offer and we were lucky enough to spot the Green Munia right on this trail. The accommodation is simple,...

We were supposed to stay at Hotel Vinayak but ended up staying at Rising Sun Retreat. I must admit that I was angry and was certain that the owners of Hotel Vinayak played some dirty trick on me, however, later I have changed my mind. The circumstances under which I checked into Rising Sun Retreat did not help however with...
