I love the care and professionalism from the staff. They make your stay smooth and enjoyable. Rooms : It’s always best to ask for a room facing their storeyed parking as they have less noise. Don’t miss having their fresh fish from Level 8 restaurant.

The Hotel is located right in the middle of the city with a beautiful view of Mwanza both during the afternoon and at night. Spent my time at Level 8 rooftop bar and restaurant but the hotel does have an indoor restaurant at level 1 and a coffee shop at Ground level as well. A good seating layout with the options of getting a table or a comfy booth. The service was “ok” not great but definitely not bad either. Food tasted good but did take quite a while to arrive at our table after the order and the presentation wasn’t the best. My pork chops were slightly over salted but other than that it was a good dish. The restaurant has a pool ( not very big in terms of width and length but quite deep with the shallow end at 2m and deep end at 4m) and a very well stocked bar. The prices of food are a little bit on the overpriced end; same for the drinks too compared to other places but overall a good experience.…

We had a good family meal with a variety of European, Indian and Tanzanian dishes. Service fairly slow but not too bad for Mwanzan standards. Clean surroundings and plenty of space to get seating. The views are good, looking over the lake and city.

The hotel location right in the Center of the city. Good reception by the managment. Good support and great services. Rooms are pretty good and good view of the lake Victoria is amazing. The Indian Zaika restaurant the food is superb. I loved it.

Rooms OK. But there is a terrible bar where staff and managers dont understand service at all. Called Level 8. You might be lucky with staff but not worth a chansning. If staying always visit the real bar at level 1. Super staff and understand service as a concept. Also for people outside Tanznia
